Excellent location surrounded by good restaurants and an easy 15 min walk to colosseum. Bed was comfortable with what felt like memory foam pillows. Towels refreshed and new shower products given each day. Nice to have a kettle in room, and a good shower. Staff member who welcomed me (Claudio) very helpful and polite.

Only downside for me was occasional drilling / building work from a property next door. Wasn’t a big deal and obviously not the fault of the property at all. I was in the room without a window/alley window but I knew that before booking - not a problem for me as I was out most the day but check if that’s something you like.

Clean, big room and bathroom. Air condition works perfect. Excellent location, close to the train station and also lots of tourist attractions. Friendly staff.

Not perfectly sound proof, you could hear when other guests are in the hallway and especially entering the door. But it’s bearable.

Giulia put us in connection with a company to arrange for an airport shuttle from the airport,we appreciate it. She also book a taxi for our 7:35 tour of the Vatican. Location of Quality in Rome very good. Kettle in the room.

The pillows are very uncomfartable! Only 6 plastic glasses for 2 people for 5 days. No place in bathroom to put clothes or vanity bag.

Great location and staff were lovely and helpful with great recommendations and even left a little birthday surprise in the room, which was very sweet. Room was comfortable and mostly clean with fresh towels and toiletries left daily. Overall a good stay.

We were there for a week and the bed was only changed/ made once, we maybe would have liked this more often.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is within walking distance of all attractions. 10 minutes from Fontana di Trevi, 10 minutes from Monument to Victor Emmanuel II, 10-12 minutes from Colosseum. The neighborhood is wonderful, there is an extremely wide selection of restaurants on the street. The room was great - comfortable bed, clean, choice of high or low pillow, air conditioning. The toilet was also good. Everything justified, even exceeded our expectations. Massimo was also just wonderful - he was waiting for us upon arrival and he explained everything to us carefully. We will definitely come back to Massimo again if we go to Rome and we will recommend him to our friends.

I can't think of anything specific. If there was, it was certainly insignificant to all the other wonderful things.

The location is fantastic, the apartment is close to the Trevi fountain and the Colosseum and all other monuments. We even went by foot to the Trastevere part of the town and visited the famous Roma Sparita restaurant. The room is beautiful and Massimo made sure to leave us clean towels, sheets for the bed, snacks and coffee on the table and even a couple of travel size bottles of shampoo in the bathroom. Due to Covid-19 Massimo did not enter our room during our stay (no cleaning) but he did pick up the trash when we filled up the bin. We had a great stay, and Massimo assisted us with anything that we needed help with.

Even though Massimo was a great host, I think the accommodation would benefit from a few changes: - There are a lot of mosquitoes, and a lot of mosquito stains on the walls. The guests would benefit from having a mosquito/insect repellent during the spring and summer; - The room was clean, but I think it would need a more thorough "deep clean" in between guest stays because it is not very asthma-friendly; - It would be nice to leave a few rolls of toilet paper without the guests needing to ask for more. *Just to note: I believe Massimo would have had already corrected these points if we had gone to him prior to leaving this feedback and he was a great host, so I believe this will be corrected in the future.

Massimo is an amazing host that takes his job very seriously. We liked the fact that its located in the perfect spot for pretty much everything. 10 minutes walk from Colosseo, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Via del Corso, Roma Termini, and much more. Dozens of restaurants and bars... You are in the middle of everything In a quiet street Massimo is friendly, speaks English and assisted me in any question i had. Next time I'm in Rome I'll definitely return to this place thanks to Massimo!

Italy ruined my diet can't resist the amazing food

Location was within easy walking distance of train and other transportation services and also many of the main tourist attractions in Rome. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, tidy and quiet. A nice addition to the room was a pot for boiling hot water for coffee, or tea. Host was very personable and also very helpful - he provided me an upgrade in room for same price and as I arrived early, I was allowed access to my room early.

We stayed in May so now I can't remember much about the place. But I remember not being disappointed by it and being really appreciative of the staff who welcomed us and gave us maps and a quick run down of Rome. I'm sure the bed and shower were fine otherwise I would remember otherwise! 😅 We liked the area. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
