A very nice apartment in a great Location. By foot to anywhere. Nice balcony and good size. Had a very nice stay. Some issues need attention.

Although it did not really shadowed our stay, there are some things to take care of: 1. The master bedroom is the one with two single beds and traveling with a family it should be the one with the double bed. 2. The water pressure is so low in the showers that one of them is unless. 3. There are small unmarked stairs. We kept falling. Should make with contrast color 4. There is a weak but steady bad smell from the toilettes. Need better ventilation/plumbing system/air fresheners. 5. The elevator is old and we got stuck there incessantly for a few minutes. Please take care of all of these things. You have a great place.

raised floor section in hallway. I actually missed small step and went down hard on arrival. 3deA/C was not turned on with temps in mid-80’s. slept with all windows open. sirens, trash trucks, cans full of empty bottles.

It is in a good location. The staff is very professional.

There is no place to put your clothes or to leave your toiletries. There is not a mirror. While there is space, they have left the apartment empty.

A clean apartment, close to all attractions. Colosseum is to the south, within walking distance, and Pantheon etc are also nearby. In any case, we would be walking all day, with 30K+ steps every day. It was our first time in Rome, and it was a difficult choice between Monti and Trastevere, but in the end I am happy we decided to stay at Monti. The apartment was clean, A/C was working great.

I didn't like having to pay for late check-in, even though it was clearly stated in the listing. We traveled all the way from Croatia, so it was not easy for us to predict the road conditions. We had originally planned to leave our rental car at a garage about 30 minutes from the property, but we found out on the day of our travel that the garage was closed during daytime on Sundays, and only opened at 7PM. Hence, although we arrived at Rome around 4PM, we had to wait for the garage to open, which then meant we had to pay late check-in fee. The kitchen had to steel pans for cooking pasta etc, but did not have a pan for omelletes etc.

The location is perfect if you are looking to visit the main tourist attractions and the place is perfectly adequate and clean. You also have some nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby if you need anything which is a plus.

Even with the heater on for a while the bathroom downstairs was always very cold. Communication with the hosts before the stay was difficult as I believe they do not speak English and just kept sending me the same long message over and over again. I reached out to booking for support and they were also not helpful here as all they did was send me the same message from the host just translated into Romanian. But once we got there the hosts were nice and there were no issues.

The apartment was very neat and spacious, with all required facilities for a family with a baby. It's centrally located but still very quiet. It had an elevator which is a nice plus (even if it's a tiny elevator... pretty amusing). Any question was quickly answered by text with the host. Check out and check in were very easy.

No daily cleaning without an extra fee. I think that for this price it should have included some form of daily housekeeping. Note that this apartment has no view.

The location of the property - close to all the must see sights in Rome and restaurants. The apartment building had a lift which was great as apartment was on the 3rd floor. Apartment managers were very helpful.

The "unusual" washing machine/dryer had a very long drying cycle. Written instructions on how to use machine would have been helpful.

Property was in a wonderful location close enough to attractions but in a more residential area. Well laid out rooms perfect for a family gateway. Also, the guest manual with instructions on the unit was appreciated.

While spacious, the bathroom layout didn’t accommodate much room for storing toiletries and hanging towels. The shower caddy was a bit flimsy, making a constant sound when in use. As for the guest manual, one suggestion would be to have more clear instructions on how to operate the stove.

The space and the location was superb.

The sofa bed was not great. It would have been a really good idea to make the green sofa in the master bedroom a single bed. The sofa is a waste, if it had been a bed it would mean we would not have had to use the sofa bed in the front room.

Amazing location, short walk to Termini, and perfect for exploring Rome on foot. The staff that manages the building is very responsive. Clean and tidy, with no noise from outside; the small one-way street guards it from the city’s hectic traffic. Easy access with codes and a keybox.

The old main door to the flat though offers no sound proofing, as if the elevator was running up and down in the living room.
