Property was very nice small and homey.

Took the time to help us with directions, and what mode of transportation to get there and stay safe. We left early in the mornings, before he was there. But 1 day we had some delicious pastries with our tea, before we left for the day. So nice and thoughtful. Clean and comfortable place to stay. The location made it easy to get around Rome.

The bedding was small and low to the ground, almost looked like kids beds, however they were still comfortable for our short stay. We appreciated the AC. However, it did seem to struggle with the heat, while we were there.

In a beautiful old building, access through huge doors into cool interior. Art deco style elevator .. ironwork door opening into lift interior. .. pulley system lift to 4th floor and beyond. Fabulous piece of art in itself. Welcoming reception area with 24 hour free hot drinks machine and a selection of pastries and biscuits for a munch. Room was delightful .. love the high ceilings .. windows opening onto street where life is going on below. King size bed .. great shower with plenty of hot water and toiletries. Large tv screen, plenty of storage space, kettle and cups provided along with juice, yogurt and water every day. Electronic fob for easy access to building and room (4th floor). Mark and Raffaele were excellent hosts .. apartment exceptionally clean.. and always available by phone. Provided lots of tips about how to travel around city and places to eat. Tosca immediately over the road was great .. had two dinners there .. also La Carla for gelato. Will definitely return here when we visit again to see the Sistine Chapel which we sadly missed this time.

Great location for visiting Rome, main attractions within 15mins walk or bus and metro close by. A fantastic host who couldn't do enough for us. Use of a fully stocked kitchen area and a beautifully presented continental breakfast box.

Rooms a little dated but lots of character. needs a little refurbishment to shower and flooring.TV had no English channels and WiFi didn't work well enough to stream Netflix or Amazon. Bed ok but I found it a little lumpy and would have liked a couple of extra pillows. Be aware of the additional state tax to paid in additional to room. €7 per person per night can become an expense especially if a family of 3/4.

The place was cozy, the bed was comfortable. The staff was not there but we got a message with all the info to get in the building. There was a coffee machine and some pastries and cookies for breakfast. Simple but just with all we needed! The location was very good too. You can walk almost everywhere and it's quiet. I would recommend it. Although it doesn't look like the pictures.

The only thing I would say is about the location but it has nothing to do with the hotel. We had some big luggage and we thought we could walk with it from the station because it's just 10min away. If you are reading this - don't do it, take an uber. It is very close but so hard to walk with big luggage until there on the streets of Rome!!

Great location (not in city center but about 20 minute walk away so it's quiet but still restaurants and cafes and great places around), small B&B with only a few rooms so it's not a big place with a lot going on - it's small and personal but still has the hotel feel with amenities and layout. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. I loved that they had mini fridges and a tea kettle, and air conditioning! Place was clean and well maintained.

There wasn't anything I didn't like!

The room was comfortable, adequately spacious and charming. There’s a communal, small kitchen with coffee and tea making facilities as well as biscuit type snacks. Everyday we were supplied with complimentary water, juice and even yoghurt. our wonderful hosts Mark and Raphael were always concerned with making sure we had everything we needed and gave advice for good restaurants etc. fell in love with the vintage lift in the building 😊 would definitely stay there again

Raphael, the host was the absolute best. He made sure we had everything we needed! Plus, he was like the Italian Rick Steve's, with wonderful tips and recommendations. He deserves a raise! Also the location was the best, easy walk to train and all the major sites,(except the Vatican which we took metro, close to metro stop). Wonderful little grocery store, amazing restaurant across the street and a little bar outside your doorstep made it feel like we were part of the neighborhood. In room fridge, with water and juice stocked daily. Very clean and quiet place.

Bed was a little on the firm side and water pressure a little bit on the low side.

The location is close (7-10 min walk) to the Termini as well as city buses on Via Nazionale and Metro station Repubblicca. It's a quiet area in the evening. Many restaurants and caffe's in the neighbourhood. Has an elevator and a slick keyless entry system from street (look for the white SALTO box) to room. Room has great shutters to keep out daylight in the mornings. Rafaelle was keen to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.

Our unit had some things not working (defective electrical outlet in bathroom and 2 burnt out light bulbs). The water pressure was poor but could be the same in the entire area due to the age of infrastructure and number of hotels. The AC didn't feel strong enough so used the ceiling fan to assist moving cold air down. Highly suggest bringing a night lite because there is a big step down from the hallway into bedroom area.

The staff are most kind and warm people you will ever meet. Made my trip to Rome absolutely a pleasure. I met the owner and told him how lucky he was to have Mark and Raff working for him because they genuinely operate his business as if it were their own. Thanks to you both for making our trip perfection. Absolutely loved the expresso machine, snacks in the kitchen n daily bottles of water.
