Comfy room, super clean, and the location is very handy, in between Termini station and all the touristic spots. The staff is lovely, and I could check in much earlier than was supposed to. Once you book you get all the details by WhatsApp and make yourself in very easily, locks are all electronic. I felt like it was my own place Very much recommend 👍👍

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. This hotel is not big, everything corresponds to the description. Very comfortable soft beds, for whom it is important. Friendly staff, good breakfast, there is a choice, and you will not leave hungry. The windows of our room overlooked the yard, and it was very quiet. You can walk to the sights, or you can go by metro or bus. We bought tickets at the station "Republic Square" in the ticket machines. It is located very close to the hotel, and the bus stop is also nearby.

There is sometimes audibility in the hotel itself (for example, one of the guests leaves the hotel early in the morning), but this is a problem in many hotels, so just take earplugs just in case.

Good location, especially because it's a short walk from the Termini station. But also easy to get to the main city points, if you don't want to walk by foot, there's also a Metro station close by. Staff is friendly and helpful, though they didn't speak English.

The hotel is more of a one long, narrow corridor with rooms (in one big building with other hotels and local tenants), there is no garden or lobby to hang out at; it was ok since we stayed one night only and spent all day in the city, but a thing to keep in mind.

The room was very large and historical. We like the decoration of room. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to Termini station, only 8-9 minutes by walk.

The shower was too small

The hosts Massimo and Valentina were fabulous. They went out of their way to accommodate guests requests. Nothing was too much trouble - Massimo even fixed my walking stick. The breakfasts were typical of Europe with a little extra eg. They served eggs with their breakfast which you don’t find elsewhere in Europe. And there was always plenty of breakfast available. We asked if we could make a cup of tea in the kitchen in the evenings but Valentina did one better - she placed a kettle, cups , milk and tea in our room for our convenience. The perfect hosts and the perfect accommodation.

There was nothing to dislike. It was all perfect.

The two younger reception staff (1 female and 1 male) were welcoming and helpful. Central location.

Cleaning staff were shouting to each other down the hallway on my check out day for literally hours. Not how I like to start my day. I guess all other rooms had checked out so perhaps they thought the last guest didn’t matter? I checked out before 10am. My bed had clearly been broken and repaired previously but it was so near to breaking again that I didn’t want to sit or sleep on the side nearest the only PowerPoint. I also had no hot water on my arrival night but it was repaired within an hour of notifying staff.

Location is great, 10 minute walk from the main termini. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. 20 minute walk to Trevi fountain, lots of shops and places to eat along the way. Few minutes walk to the hop on-off bus stop. Breakfast was a nice selection.

Couldn’t get the air-con to work, but we were only in the room to sleep. In the evening you can hear the people passing in the street who can be quite loud. Last time I stayed we were in a room overlooking the courtyard and this wasn’t noticeable.

Masimo, the all around guest service man, was very cordial and helpful. We had an early tour on our first day so we asked if breakfast could be earlier, he came through and arrived an hour ahead of usual schedule just to prepare food for all 18 of us, which was very much appreciated.

Some things didn't work like a ref or hair dryer but we had all their rooms booked so our family just "shared" the things that were working. Elevator of the building also seemed to need an upgrade but it did add to the charm and it was shared for all other hotels in the building so not really on this property to manage.

We loved how unique this hotel was in its decor, and found it to be very authentic. The staff were all very friendly and the level of cleanliness throughout was excellent. They have great air conditioning, access to filtered water and a place to store your luggage if you arrive early or are leaving later after checking out of the room.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Staff was extremely friendly, and went out of their way multiple times to accomodate an early check-in, late breakfast on arrival and early breakfast on check-out. Made it feel like home and you were part of the family. Rooms were clean, breakfast was spectacular and made fresh every morning, and was in a great location only a few minutes walk from Termini.

Air conditioning struggled to keep the room cold. It was still comfortable, but not enough to take all the humidity out of the air.
