Generally excellent all round. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was small but well organised, clean and suitable for a city break. We had a lovely terrace to sit out on which was a bonus. The hotel was situated in a great access spot, we could walk to almost all the sights/places of interest in around 20 mins and there were plenty of bars & restaurants around the area so good choices for food & drink. We plan to revisit Rome for another long weekend and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Nothing much to complain about....only thing that would have been nice would of been an English/USA spoken tv channel of some sort. We only had a news channel in English, if a hotel advertises Sky etc in rooms it would be nice if there was a offering of something like a film channel in Enlish so you could have something on in the background if you wanted. A fridge or access to an ice machine/ice bucket to use to keep things cool in room would have been helpful... But none of the above would have stopped us going again....just would have been nice.

Hotel Corona is well located, within walking distance to many key sights, which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with simple but pleasant decor. Breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day. Overall, Hotel Corona provided a good base for exploring Rome at a reasonable price. I would recommend it for travelers looking for a straightforward and convenient place to stay.

The location was perfect, I got a shuttle from the airport to termini station and then it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel. You could walk to all the attractions from there or hop on a metro or bus if your feet get tired. Lots of restaurants and outlet shops nearby. The continental breakfast offered loads of choice giving a great start to the day, the fresh croissant was a bonus! Staff were friendly, particularly Luca who gave me lots of suggestions for my stay.

The light in the bathroom sometimes flickered, and the toilet took a long while to fill back up.

They are beautiful in their conduct & decor of the place. They are at a walking distance from Roma Termini & nearly every place, except the Vatican. They also call a taxi for you. I have adopted it as my home in Roma.

They don't give a hot water kettle. So if you travel to Italy/Greece, pack a small electric kettle with you & teabags/coffee & a travel mug. A kettle will run with the international multi plug. Wear comfy shoes. Museums are shut on Monday/Tuesday. So plan ahead. The Da Vinci museo is open on Monday.

Loved the location great for myself and my daughter to explore.. Hotel was very central. Staff helpful especially the lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Very clean and comfortable. . Restaurant next door was recommended by the hotel and the food was fantastic best Italian food we have ever tasted. We highly recommend staying with the Hotel Corona and would stay next time we travel to Rome Thank you to all the staff, and the lovely lady on Reception.

One comment would have like tea coffee making facilities in room.

The staff is alway friendly (second year staying here). The single rooms are small, but complete. The location is good- close to everything. The area is safe but beware during night hours.

Only negative about Hotel Corona is the breakfast is very basic (cold cut meats and bread with some low quality fruit). Also they will enforce the no guest rule even if is local family

We liked the closeness to the city centre. Good size of the bathroom. Great choices for breakfast. Helpful front desk staff.

The very small bedroom. Even though it was a single, there was very little room to get around the bed.

Location is great. Five minute walk from the train station, close enough walk to many other sites (though, I’m not much of a tourist myself). Staff was always extremely friendly and welcoming.

It is a bit outdated, though still clean and comfortable. There were more warning signs and fine threats regarding smoking in the room thank I’m normally used to at other hotels. I was not provided any wifi password, though I didn’t exactly need it; I’m still not from Rome and it would have been nice if a wifi password was provided to me.

Hotel was tucked away in a side street but centrally located. Staff were excellent friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and good strong shower.. Breakfast was varied.

Rooms were slightly on the small side and no drink facilities for tea and coffee. The shutters were stuck and didn't like to push too hard incase they broke.

Mr. Andrea, the receptionist, met us very politely, thanks for his everyday smile. Very nice position of the hotel, at the beginning of all historical monuments. You are able easy to walk to the historical center. 10 minutes walk to Termini station. Breakfast in our stay - May 2022 - was very good: tea, coffee, juice, pastry, including sweet Cornetti, ham, boiled eggs, salami, fruit, vegetables - enough for good start of a day. Actually, hotel Corona has no dinner restaurant, but there are 2 nice local restaurants near the hotel. Small Carrefour store is within 100m walk maximum.

I believe, there is no mentioned that you have to pay some local tax for accommodation - but you need cash. 6€ / night or so. Even thought it's included in final price.
