Very convenient not too far from the station. Easy to access many sites. We had a small suit which was at the back of the hotel room 408,which overlooked a small wooded area and a very lovely old church. The room was comfortable with nice bathroom. It was very quiet and staff helpful. There was a nice choice for breakfast which was provided on the enclosed roof terrace. (We did not use the pool or spa ) would happily stay again

Lacked a little bit of character. Maybe some art work in the rooms ??

The location is very good, most sights are in a 15-20min walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, we got fresh towels every day, the men at the reception were kind and helpful. We could choose to have breakfast for 15eur, which was various and tasty.

Our room wasn't in the main hotel building, but on the other side of the the street (which we didn't know in advance) and the whole building was under construction..one morning we woke up to the noise of the drilling and the workers could look into the room from their stand. The main building was very modern, clean, but this other one was an old building, the full rubbish bins were smelling for five days in the staircase...Most of the time we were out in the city, but anyways these circumstances are not appropriate for a four star hotel.

hotel staff are amazing, very clean and in a brilliant location. only down side to the hotel is the cost off everything at the hotel. would definitely recommend and is a brillaint hotel, spa was very good

the cost off everything, the room tax was added on checkout not at the start during check in this hotel isn’t a cheap hotel but there is so many hidden costs. been charge for a robe hire for the wellness center is madness

I highly recommend it, the hotel is very well located, close to Termini station, you can reach every monument on foot. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The staff were very helpful, we were allowed to leave our luggage before and after check-in/check-out, they were very helpful and polite both times. A very pleasant addition is the swimming pool and spa, where you can relax after a long day. Breakfasts could be more varied or Italian, but at this price they are still very good. Overall, I have no complaints about the hotel. I will recommend it to my friends visiting Rome.

We slept on the 1st floor and it was a bit noisy, but after a tiring day of sightseeing we didn't pay that much attention. Walls seem a little thin.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews honestly room was lovely clean had everything you would need location was brilliant in walking distance of a lot of things and close to metro station so good if you need to go to something that’s abit further away.

Very clean and a very nice hotel. Had a little issue with the room safe and the maintenance team did everything they could to help out until sorted. All the team were very helpful. Personal choice the beds were a little bit too hard so not as comfortable as we would like but not enough to deter us from staying again.

Great location, with 20-60 mins of all main attractions. Staff were great and super helpful! Nice rooms.

Some bits were a little run down, broken, the spa wasn’t that clean; toenails on the side of the pool and tissues, could do with a refresh but pool was good otherwise.

We loved the ease of booking and going to the spa. The spa pool and jets were lovely and we loved the sauna and ice fountain. Breakfast was enjoyable and always space to sit. Beds were firm but I found it very comfortable and we could watch netflix in our room. We were given fresh towels everyday. It was our anniversary and the hotel upgraded our room which was lovely of them. Great location a short walk away from the trevi fountain and has good links to transport. We just had a short walk from the train station which came direct from the airport. On our departure day the hotel held our bags for us so we could explore without them. I would recommend staying here.

The steam room in the spa was out of order throughout our 5 day stay which was disappointing. We went to the hotel roof bar once which was nice however I felt the drinks were overpriced. It was a little noisy from traffic outside, however this was expected for such a central location and we managed to sleep fine as it did get quieter at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel & would definitely consider staying here again! We didn’t have food here as we were trying different food places around the city, but it is in a lovely location & staff were friendly & helpful.

In the breakfast room, it is not easy to clean our hands and for me it is very important. I think bathroom for women was closed and there wasn't hydroalcoholic gel. Spa access for resident who don't sleep in the main building : we need to wear close and shoes and for there is not enough room to store and secure our belongings. It is not practical and not very clean.
