The location of the accommodation is excellent. It is close to the Termini station, and also close to all other attractions. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are also changed every day. The bed is comfortable, as are the pillows.

The street where the apartment is located is extremely noisy. The carpentry in the apartment is not of high quality, so you can hear everything that happens on the street. Also, there are a lot of homeless people and drug addicts. Sewage can be constantly felt from the bathroom. There is no closet or any shelves in the room where you can leave things. The suggestion is to throw the huge plant out of the room and put something to hang things in its place. We kept everything on one chair and it was really tiring

I appreciated the extreme professionalism of the staff. They always replied quickly to my questions and provided very detailed information on how to perform the self check-in, even with a video. I appreciated the fridge (not always available in these situations), the welcome water (also not that common these days) and the coffee area was very well equipped. The location near the Termini Station was perfect for me. They also provided information for dining in the area, that is full of very good restaurants. The bed was large and comfy. The bathroom was fully functional and clean, with plenty of toiletries products. The place is well kept. Appreciated the presence of the iron and the lift.

The only little downside was the size of the room, but in the end it was not a problem for my traveling needs.

The hotel is near to the Rome Termini Train Station, so it is possible to walk to the hotel. It is also close to the Metro stations Termini and Repubblica, which simplifies the public transport access. There is a lift in the building. The room was comfortable; we had sufficient space for our two suitcases. The bed was comfortable and large. The bathroom was well appointed, and the towels were fluffy. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. There is an external roller blind on the window, which blocks out the light and limits the noise from the street. Some of the street noise does still penetrate into the room however. The manager of the hotel was excellent and very pleasant to deal with.

This is a minor item - we had one sitting chair in the room, but would have preferred a second chair.

The suite was very good overall for the price and location. There were excellent instructions sent to access the room. The room was modern and well decorated. The shower/bathroom very modern and excellent, enjoyed the shower the most, very nice toilletries with everything you need. The suite was exceptionally clean , the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Valentina the concierge was friendly, very helpful and answered our questions promptly. The location is good and close to shops, train station and sites. Great gelato place around the corner. Parking lot nearby but a bit pricey. There is a lift as well.

The room was a bit cold

I liked that it was quite centrally located to shopping, transport, supermarkets and laundromats. I really enjoyed having the roll-down blinds to completely darken the room, very helpful when travelling with our toddler. Facilities were immaculate and staff were very helpful and maintained supplies to the room effortlessly.

Great property but it was a bit too far to walk with kid. The heat made it unbearable to wait for bus and it was a busy season in Rome thus a lot of bus was full. The staff were lovely and the room was big for a Family and there was a lift in the building to carry bag and pram. The location is great within 5mins walk to the main train station. Few locals restaurant and coffee bar close by. Walking distance to Trevi fountain and all main attractions if you do not have kids and the weather was pleasant!

Location isnt too central to go back and forth between accomodation and main tourist attractions

The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Bedding was soft and fresh. The TV with the Chromecast was a nice touch too. Valentina was fantastic and very friendly. The coffee machine and fridge were really handy. The windows blocked noise really well.

The air conditioner fuse went late at night and needed to be reset - but staff responded quickly and it was resolved within minutes. The shower pressure was not great, but did the job.

The location was great. Close to the train station and a short walk to all of the attractions. Room was clean, modern and tidy and check in process was fairly easy.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. Would have been nice to have staff at the desk to ask questions when needed, but not a super big deal. Lift in the building wasn’t working on my way out and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs.

I had an AMAZING experience here. The rooms are much cheaper than other places I looked and yet I had no issues at all. The staff was kind, my room was spotless, my AC worked perfectly and I was only 7 minutes from the train station so I didn’t have to get a taxi and sit in traffic. It’s only a 45 minute walk from the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine hill and there are so many great restaurants within that same area.

The bed was a little stiff, but after a long day of walking around Rome I slept great in it!
