ROOM HOT AND NO AIR CONDITIONER ON UNTIL JUNE...AFTER A LONG DAY WALKING ALL OVER THE CITY...VERY WARM OUTSIDE ONCE YOU GET TO THE ROOM EXTREMELY TIRED BUT UNCOMFORTABLE HOT ROOM...

The hotel is 5 to 10 minutes from Roma Termini station, which is very good. Everything is nearby. Colosseum is 15 minutes away, Fountain di Trevi about 20 minutes. Restaurants all around the city, so you can choose between hundreds of them. Hotel staff is very nice and well-behaved. They helped with everything I needed. They also printed out my tickets to museums without any additional cost.

The room was clean, although a little bit damaged. But that’s the problem of previous guests. The room looked a lot nicer in the pictures than in real life but I cannot complain about anything. The room was cleaned every day during my stay.

Very well located, next to the Termini Station ( Metro, train, airport ride). A nice room, amazing breakfast and the staff is REALLY FRIENDLY!!! We have been help by Giulia and she is such a sweetheart! She help us during the whole stay and even spoke with us in our first language ( portuguese 🇧🇷 )! She definitely deserves a raise!!😉

The only thing I have to complain is about the bathroom box, the bathroom itself is really big but the bathroom box is kinda small. When you try to get something on the ground you end up bumping into the bathroom wall.

Great location, 15 minute walk to Trevi fountain and spanish steps, 20 minute walk to colosseum. Right outside Termini station and lots of restaurants around! Felt safe. Clean toilet and room, nice facilities.

Our room view wasnt that pleasant, just blocks in front of us. But we didnt mind as we didnt book with a nice view in mind anyways.

The staff let us eat breakfast 30 min earlier twice, upon our request. The staff let us have a late checkout at 13:00 without extra fees. They were very helpfull in explaining and suggesting places around.

The weather outside the hotel was terrible. Nothing was bad… One commet. There is no electricity port near the bed, somewhat uncomfortable.

The room was extremely pleasant with a comfy bed, the breakfast was just amazing (from cold cuts to scrambled eggs, eggs, bacon etc., fruits, all sorts of amazing sweets (tiramisu, cakes, croissants) - everything delicious, and the staff also very friendly and nice. They even let you leave your baggage there for a couple of hours if you have the plane in the evening. All in all it exceeded my expectations, and for me and my partner it is a definite 10. If we go back to Rome, we will surely choose this hotel again.

There is nothing negative that I could say

Great location. Easy to get to all the major sites either walking or using public transport from Roma Termini. Lovely room that was way nicer than expected for the good price we paid. Check in and check out was quick. We didn't book breakfast or spend much time in the room as we were only there a couple of days but easily would've been comfortable spending more time there. There were a selection of restaurants very close by as well which were cheaper than the ones closer to the center.

The shower sprayed water absolutely everywhere due to the lay out and curtain rail but after the first day the cleaners left extra towels.

Convenient to places of interest , very near the station , lots of cafe options. Newly renovated , in fact only just finished Good buffet breakfast choices , efficient helpful room service staff

The sitting area in the lobby was decidedly not user friendly and was difficult for a small group of 5 as the seating options were too widely spread . Too hard for us to use for a coffee or a drink before dinner with the family . So the only other option was to gather in a bedroom .

I liked the hotel. We had new rooms on the 5th floor and it was nice that the plumbing and the room were all new. But the view was of the inner courtyard. Our friends lived on the third floor, with a nice view of the street, but the room itself was a bit outdated. The staff is very responsive. Good tasty breakfasts and the location is very convenient. Termini station is 5 minutes walk away, the Colosseum is 20 minutes walk away, the center is 20-25 minutes. There are cafes and bars nearby. For a couple of days in Rome, the hotel is just right and the price matches it.

The location was perfect for our short stop over. We walked with our large suitcases from the central train station which was only a few blocks away. The staff were helpful and friendly, sorted out our twin bed requirement quickly and were more than helpful with maps, suggestions etc. A fabulous breakfast was included and set us up for the day. The location was an easy walk to sites and restaurants and a perfect location to get back to the station to get the train to the Port for our Cruise.
