First the location, very close to restaurants and the Train station Roma Termini. Included decent breakfast. The staff was friendly

The room key was attached to a heavy metal stand, and next day morning of our stay, we informed the receptionist we were heading to the airport and will return to the hotel at night, no specific instructions were given and didn’t ask us to return our key. At airport security, the metal stand was taken from us, and the hotel later charged us €40 without prior warning. This unexpected charge at the last minute made our stay less comfortable. Clearer instructions about key handling—especially for guests catching a flight—would be very helpful. I found the room was small for a family and has one double bed only.

The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to station rome termini and 20mins to colloseum. We also can drop off our luggage after checkout till afternoon for free.Very worth it for the prize.

The room looks old style, bed cover and curtain, the beds mattras not so comfortable but clean. Glad there is a lift but its very slow. Over all acceptable

A non-luxurious hotel close to Termini Station – and therefore an option for those who want to get to or leave Rome quickly. Upon arrival, it takes some time to understand the specifics of the place: apparently, different hotels occupy the same building, and it is easy to get lost in the labyrinthine structure. Once you get used to it, the whole thing even has some charm. The room was quite simple, with the most basic amenities, but it looked clean and renovated, and that was just what we wanted at that point in the trip. It's also worth highlighting the friendliness of the staff: upon discovering that we would be checking out very early, at four in the morning, the lady serving breakfast offered us an early coffee (service officially starts at 7 a.m.).

The TV was a small computer monitor that we couldn't turn on, but everything else worked fine.

Mr. Shakib, the receptionist at the hotel, is such a kind and well-mannered gentleman. He truly is an exceptional person, always approachable, polite, and genuinely helpful. His warm and professional demeanor made a lasting impression on me, and I can’t praise him enough for his outstanding hospitality.

Fabulous location. Five min walk to Termini Station. Ten min walk to Colosseum. If your intent is to see Rome in a day and stay close to the centre, its perfect. Bed is comfortable. Functional room. Dont expect luxury. Loved the tiny balcony!That was a surprise.

The location is great, all the main attractions are 15-30 minutes away, the staff are super friendly - Frencesco was super helpful and had great tips about the city, rooms are generally clean but may be some improvements can be done in that point.

The hotel was just a 5 min walk to Roma Termimi. Staff were very pleasant, especially Antonio at the reception and Luz from housekeeping. Room was spacious, equipped with a ceiling fan and heater. I think I did notice an airconditioner but I am not so sure. Breakfast was good especially considering it is a budget hotel. Really nice. There are many restaurants and shops around, some bakeries, and a small mercato just across the street.

Nothing really. Just that on our last day there was maintenance work in the hotel and so the breakfast area had no electricity and we missed the lovely coffee.

Location. The surrounding area was good. Especially nighttime, it was a better place to have dinner with chains of sidewalk restaurants along the block. Well, it is what you paid for. No complaint.

A few blocks away is the train station where homeless people gather to celebrate their time. Sorry.

Everything is good. Only the problem is electric sockets for charging phone is o ly 2. And we were 4 people. Staff 5 out of . Location is perfect.

With family the electric connection for changers are not available. And the Air Condition are so noisy
