The welcome gift was a wonderful surprise! And there was plenty of snack food provided in the room. Breakfast was lovely. And being able to have a spa bath on the last night of our holiday was just what we needed. The hostess was friendly and helpful and very considerate of our needs and requests.

The pre-checkin messages were a bit confusing, saying that we had not paid and asking us to pay via a link. In this day of so many scams and the need to be cybersecurity aware, I asked a couple of times to clarify as I knew I had paid for the room at the time of booking. I eventually risked the link (for fear of the not having a real booking), and it turns out the link was to pay the city tax as it was independent checkin ie no reception. Please, to save anyone else the stress that we went through, I suggest changing the wording of the standard message that goes out to advise guests that the link is for payment of the CITY TAX, nothing else.

The family room/suite was enormous, with a refrigerator and a jacuzzi bath! It was scrupulously clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend. And the person who serviced our rooms topped up our drinking water and left us fruit and a welcome gift of wine. The location, near Termini rail station, was very convenient for getting around the city, and was near lots of restaurants, cafés, shops, an excellent pasticceria for breakfast. It was also a short walk to the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, the burial place of Pope Francis.

At times it was noisy from the street outside…but this is Rome! I did wish there had been a full-sized mirror or a makeup mirror in the room, but this is a minor quibble.

The room was very clean and had all of the amenities needed such as slippers, toiletries etc. We asked for an ironing board and it was given to us in a matter of minutes. We were given complimentary fruit and wine. We really appreciate the free filtered water and coffee outside as well as our leaving gift. Location was really good as only a 5 minute walk away from Termini and not too far from the colosseum. Would recommend to others and we would definitely stay here if we visit again.

AC was good but loud.

Wonderful spacious suite with a bedroom, sitting room with soft sofa and chairs, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom had an oversize jacuzzi tub, great for relaxing after a hot day. Very well stocked with amenities, including a complementary bottle of wine. Everything was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully arranged. Location just a block from Termini main train station, subways and buses, Located on 4th floor, elevator always available, bedroom located away from street.

The air conditioners had to be occasionally reset and took a bit of time to recycle, but worked well.

It was my partner's birthday and I asked the property to set up a little surprise for him if they could. They absolutely exceeded my expectations, it was so lovely to come to a room filled with balloons and it really made his day. The location was absolutely fantastic, right next to the train and metro station, we were able to get to everywhere we needed to. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property even has a sauna and steam room. Our room had not just a hot tub (which was a deciding factor when we booked) but also an electric fireplace!! Vibes were absolutely 10/10. We also loved the coffee machine in the room and the fact that we could refill drinking water just outside our room. Little touches made the whole thing feel very classy and luxurious. If we are ever back in Rome, this is where we'll be staying.

Beautiful hotel hosted by friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were extremely clean with all the necessary facilities- great hairdryer compared to the usual budget ones you get in hotels. The location was fantastic, only a few min walk from the train station and walking distance to the main attractions. The jacuzzi bath was the highlight for us. What a lovely hotel all round! 🥰

The hotel signage could be a little clearer from the outside, but good instructions sent prior to arrival by the lovely hotel staff 😊

The rooms were very spacious, the staff was very attentive, and a welcome drink (tea and coffee) and something little to eat at the start of the stay was really appreciated. The rooms were very clean. Location was really good, it was about 10 minutes from the Roma Termini train station and about 25 minutes from the Colloseum. Members of staff were really friendly. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Something to consider: It was quite noisy at night (the hotel is on the main road) so if you're a light sleeper you might need earplugs. Not a dislike as it was my fault for not noticing when making the booking but bare in mind only double beds are available (altough the staff will kindly make up the sofa bed for you - which was really comfortable too). :)

Perfect. Purists and ppl with OCD will love it. Clean as if its the first day open. Awesome design, calming to the eyes & soul. Heartfelt welcome, incredibly kind, constant contact over whatsapp makes it very comfortable for the guest. Opulent breakfast in the Room, it's the little things & details which made me extra happy to stay here. I tried others in Rome - no way. Roman Holidays Boutique Suites are just the absolute very best.

The room was clean and check-in was easy. The property had good communication. I was pleasantly surprised when the breakfast offered was brought to my room and I had breakfast in bed. That’s never happened before and was just a bit exciting. The accommodation was incredibly close to the train station (Roma Termini) which was great.

The people next to me were extremely loud in the evening. The elevator is quite slow. I wish there was a proper lobby as well.

Great location, well equipped room and great host. Overall clean room and surrounding facilities. Host left fruits, a bottle of wine, a bottle of wine and pasta as a gift. Very nice touches with all these gifts.

Room is very small, doors are not noise proof therefore you can hear everything from other rooms or people of lobby. Bed was not comfortable.
