Our stay at Roman Residence was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, The hotel's design was modern and stylish, and the room had everything we needed provided with complementary beer, coke, water and juice in the mini cooler. The room was spotless and very comfortable and modern. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast selection every morning. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we especially loved the 2 minute to/from the Roma Termini Station.

I believe the inverter unit needs some maintenance. Though it kept us warm at night, the unit gets louder when it stay on for a lengthy time. Overall, the TV, lighting, bathroom are well maintained.

Great location near termini. We can just walk from the termini to the accomodation in 5 minutes , the hotel is within hotel mercantonio in via cavour. The short walk is only gentle slope, i can bring my luggage and a bag with no problem. There is also lift to the residence at second floor. Breakfast is provided from 7am.

The hospitality was exceptional - there's the usual perks like room cleaning, A/C and a mini fridge. The ones you don't often get in Italy which I got here were the room slippers, the complimentary drinks and bottled water topped up daily - these were a lovely surprise! There's brekkie included and you get access to coffee and tea in the corridor.

the facility is more dated than the photos presented here and its smaller than expected - imagine an apartment converted to several separate room for guests. not soundproof - I could hear my neighbours in the room next door including when they were using the bathroom.

Friendly helpful manager. Responds quickly online with answers to questions They do have luggage hold for early arrivals. Very nice and clean Can’t comment in breakfast because i left early for a train and missed it. Good location Close to train

Everything in the room was exactly where it should be.

Didn't say anywhere that it is on Level 2. I was lost coming in from flight at 8.45pm

Staff very helpful and obliging. Room was clean quiet and spacious and the daily addition of bottles of water was appreciated. The fridge was also useful and the air con worked well. Breakfast was OK fruit yoghurt cereal, croissants in bags and cakes and coffee as well as tea. served in a tiny space. You ate in the room. Slippers were a useful addition for morning breakfast In this 6 story apartment block there are at least 5 hotels .

It was all very good. Maybe some hard boiled eggs would have been a good addition to breakfast. The lift was tiny but essential!

Accomodation is in very good location next to Roma Termini and 15 min walk from Colloseum, Forum Romanum. Room is not big but absolutelly sufficient for our stay. It is equiped with all we needed for our stay. Minibar and watter everyday included in price. Breakfast directly to the room. Owner and/or all staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Just small minus is noise insulation of rooms which could be better, we were quite lucky for neighbours, but some late arrivals and soon brekafast (which is being collect in corridor next to room) can be disturbing.

4-5 minutes walk from Termini station. All attractions are extremely close. The room is clean, they clean it every day. The price includes coffee and the in-room minibar, which was refilled every day.

There is a sweet breakfast, but it is prepackaged, if someone likes it, it is plentiful, but there is no separate dining room, you eat in your room, you have to bring the food in on a tray. There was only a blanket for the bed, which was not enough, because the air conditioner slowly warmed the room in winter.

Perfect location for exploring Rome, five minutes walk from FCO train link, underground and bus station. Many sights are easily walkable from the hotel. The hotel is located on the second floor within a large building and is accessed by stairs and a lift. Rooms, ensuite, are quiet, comfortable and immaculately clean. A generous self service continental breakfast is provided daily, tea/coffee available all day. The hosts Massimo and Natashia are delightful, and very helpful. There are lots of restaurants minutes from the hotel. Both the location and hotel met my needs perfectly for a five night sightseeing stay.

What a fantastic base to explore rome. Near the station so didn't need to luggage the suitcase far. staff were super friendly. nice selection for breakfast. Tea, coffee all day and free water, juice, coke and beer in the room fridge all free and topped up daily. Nice and quiet but easy walking distance/transport links around the city. Also very clean. Highly recommend as it's a great base
