Excellent service at hotel Everest! The staff member who checked me in was very helpful and gave me a lot of excellent suggestions of things to do in Rome and was attentive to whether or not my room was fully stocked and up to standard. This was my second visit to Rome and the location is excellent, very short walk to Rome termini station, as well as a number of attractions. Extra tip, if you're needing groceries etc. the nearest "Pam" minimart is easily the best one on offer. My room was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for my stay. Despite it being a busy area I found the hotel very quiet. Overall I thoroughly recommend hotel Everest.

From the get-go, the lady in the reception was incredible. Really nice & polite. Her presence itself is 5-stars. You have everything you need for a stay in Rome. My room was a bit small, but it didn't lack anything. Location is great, 5min away from Termini station. They clean every day. I have nothing to complain about

This is not in the hands of the hotel, but The elevator broke down in the end of my stay. And the elevator in the building is busy often, because this hotel shares the building with other hotels.

The hotel was clean, the room met our needs as a base for our stay in Rome and the location was excellent, just five minutes walk from Termini train station. Giovanna, our host, was brilliant, giving us detailed instructions to allow us to check in late on arrival, providing a great selection of drinks and snacks for our room and offering plenty of good information to assist us with getting around to see all of the attractions we wanted to see during our visit. I would definitely recommend Hotel Everest to friends and family or anyone else for a great place to stay while visiting Rome. Thanks for everything Giovanna 😊

We were very happy with the accommodation in Hotel Everest

This is a good hotel to stay in Rome with good value for money. The room was small but clean and I found everything I needed. I found umbrellas near the reception so if it was a rainy day it would not be a problem. The staff was very kind and offered me a paper map of the city with the main attractions and explained to me the best way to them and about public transport. The location is very good for me, it is close to Termini station and not so far from the Colosseum. I arrived early but it was convenient to leave my backpack at the reception, take the room key and after a walk find that the room was ready and all the things are already inside.

I stayed a total of eleven nights at Hotel Everest. Compared to many other European hotels I have stayed in, I was surprised by the nice size of the room and the size of the bed. The room was VERY clean. My room was cleaned each day, and clean towels were provided each day. The hotel is found on the third floor of a building. There is an elevator to help with luggage. The air conditioner in my room worked great. My room also had a small refrigerator. The internet wi-fi worked well, and I never had a problem with connecting to it. The location is just a short walk from Roma Termini train station which makes it very convenient. The biggest compliment I can give this hotel is that when I return to Rome, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The lady in the front office was really kind and helpful. House keeper lady also very kind. We really feel warm service. Appricaite very much. We love small snack corner either, that can helped us for choosing some sweets from supermarket! (I wonder how you guys can choose all the nice stuff lol) The room and washroom were big and clean. (There is chiller w some welcome drinks! Lovely!) Another good thing is train station and all the popular places r nearby.

The elevator is slow, but I could understand since this building is quite old. Just becareful when you open window. I bumped into the edge of the window and got hurt. It's quite sharp.

We arrived very late when the reception was closed. We were given very detailed instructions on how to enter the hotel. Everything went smoothly. There was water and drinks in the room, for which there was no extra charge. The room was spacious enough. We had to go through the check-in formalities but left the hotel early in the morning. The staff were very caring and helpful. The distance from the central station is short, and you can move in all directions. The value for money is excellent.

One bed sheet was not very clean. After reminding the staff, they considered our request and tried to fix everything.

Fantastic location beside the train station and walking distance to nearly all of the Tourist attractions (Colosseum is less than 10 minutes away). Giovanna very helpful and recommends delicious restaurants for food. Room perfect as was travelling solo. Shower super too. Very strong wifi and room cleaned daily. Would come back here if going to Rome again. Communication was brilliant.

We chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the train station. We stayed one (1) night in Rome and had our flight out the next day. Staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Place was very clean and we felt safe. The hotel gave us complimentary refreshments and pastries. Nice touch! We can leave our luggages, For FREE, after check-out and retrieve it anytime within the day. Wonderful!

Internet connection was a bit unstable for work. Although, our travel is for leisure we also need to do some "unexpected" work. If our current network is slow, we have to switch to another network.

Really good location! Close to termini station (so that you can go everywhere) but still quite to sleep well. Climatisation is working and it is really clean! And obviously thé peuple who are running thé place are really really nice and helpfull!

Nothing really. It could benefit from a painting refresh but really doesn’t impact the quality of the stay.
