From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for impeccable service. The staff, always smiling and exquisitely courteous, were incredibly attentive to every detail, anticipating my needs and making every interaction pleasant and seamless. The rooms are true cocoons of luxury and comfort. Spacious, impeccably clean, and decorated with refined taste, they offer a haven of peace where rest is guaranteed after a day spent exploring the wonders of Rome. The bedding is of exceptional quality, ensuring deep and restorative sleep, and the modern amenities are complete, from fast Wi-Fi to the sumptuous bathroom. The location of Hotel Leone is a major asset, allowing easy access to Rome's iconic sites while offering a calm environment, away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast is a feast for the senses, offering an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality products, served in an elegant and bright setting, ideal for starting a day of Roman discoveries. Excellent. Very conveniently located (we explored everything apart from the Vatican entirely by foot, admittedly we are still young and fit, but it is nevertheless close to most of the hotspots), there‘s a cool neighborhood right around the corner (parallel to Via Cavour in the Via Leonina area) with cheap artisanal pizzerias, bars, vintage shops so you don’t have to look far for going out for dinner in the evening. The personnel was extremely kind and helpful, we could leave our baggage in closed lockers for the day of our departure which we could access at our own convenience despite having checked out already. It was clean and spacious (but we had a room for three despite being a couple, the other rooms looked a bit smaller). Only small malus: our room was facing towards the street, which was very busy. If you are a light sleeper, you are not gonna enjoy that experience. In that case, maybe specifically request a room towards the other side of the building or so. All in all: highly recommend for a (relatively) low budget stay in Rome.

Even though we stayed only one night, checked in late, and checked out early, we had a great experience. The attention was a super lovely, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The room was bigger than expected also! We needed a place near Termini, and this one is pretty close to it, so the location is excellent. We arrived at 10 pm, and given the reception was open until 6 pm, we received straightforward instructions to get it by ourselves a few days before, with video and text. It was simple and fantastic because you could arrive whenever you needed/wanted.

I forgot to buy water before going to the Hotel, and the fridge had nothing. It was not a problem, but I'd have liked to have something there.

The location is a very short walk from the main train station. The room was an good size, wifi and air-conditioning was fine. The room I was in was facing the interior courtyard, which while nothing to look at was exceptionally quiet. There was also more amenities in a common area outside the room such as a stove, microwave, and kitchen sink.

Bathroom while functional had some minor mould along seams of the shower. While noise damping between rooms was fine any noises in the common hallway can be heard in the private room. That said it is only four rooms served by this hallway, and didn't personally bother me much. Staff were pleasant and fluent in English, which was helpful with my unfortunate lack of ability with Italian.

Very convenient location, close to the train station. It took less than 90 minutes from plane landing till check-in in hotel. Stuff was very kind, showed and explained everything.

Renovation work began in the adjacent premises before seven in the morning. One evening, other people tried to get into the room, claiming that this was their room. Later it turned out that during self-check-in there had been a mix-up and they had a room next door.

It was excellent. The location, the room, the kindness and professionalism of the hotel manager... Everything. We stayed for 3 nights on a very busy trip, and the room was just what we needed to rest well at night. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the manager was very quick and kind to respond to all our queries.

The bathroom had a bit of a foul smell coming out of the drain at times (not always), but this was not an issue for us as we kept the door closed and there was an extractor fan in the bathroom.

Location was amazing, easy to locate and very near to Termini station which allows access to many other locations. It is very near to alot of food and shopping options, and is also in a district which had multiple attraction sites within walkable distance. Staff were friendly, check-in/check-out was fast and smooth, room was big and clean. Really liked our stay here, and will recommend it to our friends/family if they visit Rome!

Great location - very close to the airport bus, train station and bus station, where buses and metro to any part of the city leave. There are several restaurants, a supermarket and cafes near the hotel. Friendly staff, the owners and the woman who cleans the rooms try very hard. The room was spacious enough, the beds were comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, which exceeded our expectations for a hotel of this category.

The room was a bit dark and stuffy.
