The location is great. You can walk to different attractions. Also, the hop-on-hop-off station is really close. There are restaurants and shops nearby. There is no restaurant in the hotel. You get your breakfast in the room (only sweet stuff like croissants, yogurt, bananas ...). The bathroom is the right size. The hotel staff is really helpful.

the host was very nice, he brought us breakfast to our room and cleaned every morning. the location was perfect! very close to the center and tremini station

it was dirty! i think its normal in italy because every b&b i stayed at was not the cleanest but it was definietly not the standard i was looking for

Good apartment from the group BNB 10 mins walk from the train station Rome termini just straight 3 mins walk from’ the magnificent church of the Mary Major 20 mins walk to the coliseum and Roman Forum The carrefour express is 10 mins walk from the hotel I suggest to take a shower gel and a shampoo with you, you’ll get the free towels but no bathrobes. The stuff is incredible, I want to thank everyone and specially to SHAHID! The breakfast is full of variety: fruits, yogurts, jams, biscuits, croissants, Nutella, crackers, coffe or tea

I recently stayed at a 3-star hotel that offered an overall pleasant experience. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay feel welcoming. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to key attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. While it may not have had the luxurious amenities of higher-rated hotels, the combination of great service, prime location, and cleanliness makes it a solid choice for travelers. I would recommend.

We didn’t realize the room had air conditioning so we opened the windows overnight which attracted mosquitoes but that was our fault. The first night was very unpleasant.

Clean, simple, comfortable mini-hotel located in aa renovated old apartment in an historical building. Very nice and helpful English-speaking stuff, good light Italian breakfast served in your room. Location is stategical next to Termini train station, public transport hub, train/bus to Fiumicino airport. Walking distance to many top attractions in central Rome. And the city will be able to amaze and charm you with its uncomparable beauty and atmosphere, no matter whether it' s your first time or you have been coming back during several decennia as I do...

Given the busy time in Rome, I was looking for a budget place. The photos and the general information about the hotel did totally meet my ecpectation in a good way. It is a small hotel on one of the floors, so they have just 5 rooms. Staff was very welcoming and willing to receive me very late at night. The room was clean, smelled good, the bathroom was exceptionally clean.

Cant say a single bad thing! And I do not write reviews often!! They very well deserve a good review!

Great location as it is just a stone throw away from the Rome Termini. The room was great and spacious, there’s a mini fridge, a small area where you can put your luggage and hang your clothes. Bed is comfortable.

The bathroom initially looks clean but it smells very bad. The hotel is difficult to locate as there’s no signage and you have to find the tiny name panels at the door.

Down the street from the termini station, very convenient. It’s a room in a suite of rooms but very spacious, with a private bathroom. It’s July so I really appreciated the AC, already on when I arrived. It’s a queen size bed, super comfy. Great bathroom and shower. All sparkling clean. The staff was excellent - very accommodating and solicitous. Very polite and professional. Overall a great stay, I’ll come back!!

Its a perfect location after your flight when you arrive by train but also to sightsee around the city ! Restaurants, churches shops , all just in a few minutes . Colosseum is 15 min walking Vatican City you take the metro super easy Hop on Off bus stop 2 min away
