I loved the design of the rooms, small but had everything, and modern and clean. There was a mini fridge and water kettle, and there was a lift too. Everything was controlled by a keypad code so very safe, and it was literally down the street from Termini which was a great advantage, and a short walk from a lot of major attractions such as Trevi, Colosseum, and Santa Maria Maggiore. There’s also a small terrace we could use, with a coffee machine and microwave, very thoughtful! I highly recommend it!

Rooms are cleaned on the 3rd day, which we didn’t mind much, & the AC was loud, but otherwise it was great!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Rome! The location was absolutely fantastic, with close proximity to Roma Termini station and other public transport options, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The service was excellent—the staff were polite, helpful, and professional, and assisted me promptly with a request I had. Everything ran smoothly during my stay, with no issues at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

The bathroom was a bit small, but it had all the amenities nevertheless, and we were comfortable.

I had a nice stay in the Green Room, which offered a comfortable bed, long desk, and strong WiFi. I especially enjoyed the Roman Terrace which is shared with other guests. You can choose to lounge in a shaded or sunny area on some comfy garden furniture. There was also a fan, which was a great addition! The staff at the front desk are helpful, and are eager to provide tips and a map to assist you during your sight-seeing in Rome.

The bathroom is very small - the toilet is one step away from the shower and the same with the sink. I would also recommend bringing your own soap due to there not being much of a choice.

I liked the location very near of all transport, groceries, shopping center, churches. I liked the 3 locks that you have to go through from outside, the coded lock thats a big plus when you’re too tired searching for the keys. One of the guys that welcomed us was nice, though we had an inconvenience.

The other was kind of rude when i asked for help, because i left my keys inside our room.

Proximity to places of interest, train station, groceries and restaurants. Very very central and you can just walk every where. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. There is a lift which is great esp if you have a big luggage.

Would be better if the room was cleaned every other day at least as we had to request for the rubbish to be collected as there were 3 of us. They agreed though which was good.

- the location of the apartment was great, about 20 minutes away from the major sites like Colosseum and Trevi fountain. It is also very close to Termini station which is useful if you are planning to travel from airport via train or bus and plan on using the metro. - the air conditioner was a savior during our stay as we are not used to the hot weather -the staff was nice and always very welcoming - a great private bathroom - the noise was not as bad as some are describing, the street is not the busiest and the tram passes by very rare, but maybe the sounds were not as bad due to the location of our particular room. The earplugs were provided, but there was no need to use them.

The water in the shower was a bit confusing to understand at first as the warm water starts to flow after a while and even after that, it is warm and not hot.

Great location for planning on sightseeing around Rome. Very close to Roma termini and public transport. Easy access to the attractions. The property was well maintained and comfortable stay with family.

No complaints about the well maintained property. Met our Rome visit all requirements with family. However being too close to the Roman termini observed more police movement.

This is just what we needed! Great location and value, and it had a lift available to help getting our suitcases to our room. It had a mini fridge that we used to keep our water bottles cold, and they provided us with earplugs to use at night when the tram would pass by the street.

The bathroom would get very wet with the steam from the shower, and it had some mold spots.

The location of this accommodation is exceptional - all major landmarks are within a 20-30 minute walk and you can walk anywhere. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. The room and the bathroom are specious enough and it’s a great value for money.

The apartment met all our needs. It was very clean, good beds, pillows and linen. It had a bar fridge and kettle. Very conveniently situated near the train station and bus and tram terminuses. We could walk to all the main attractions. We needed to leave some of our luggage their for 7 days and they gladly took care of it at no additional charge. We liked the outdoor area where we could sit and have our supper and a drink.

Although people complained about it in previous reviews, the noise of the trams and cars didn't affect us that much since we used the earplugs provided. We slept well every night.
