The property was a very close walk to Roma Termini station, which made it easy for us to get around the city whether using the bus, subway or train. It is on the fourth floor of the building but fear not because this building has an elevator! The place had everything we needed, such as a fridge, hair dryer and toiletries. Our room was spacious compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at in Rome. Consuelo was very helpful, attentive, and accommodating. She ensured that we had a lovely stay at the property.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic. The amenities were good, location great and host terrific. The room is perfect for a city break residing just 5 minutes away from the train station on foot - the Colleseum is only 15 minutes away too! Our host Consuelo was amazing. She provided us with a map along with a number of activities + recommendations that ranged from landmarks to restaurants. Along with this breakfast at the apartment is just €5, but regardless of if you book this you are entitled to a free croissant and cappuccino each morning. I couldn’t recommend this apartment more. The perfect location when visiting Rome.

The property was very close to Roma Termini train station, which is perfect when traveling from the airport with suitcase, in great safe area. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Free capuccino and croissant in the morning. Consuela was wonderful host, she send all the information necessary for check in, and wait for us on our arrive, she help us with everything we needed, she is friendly and professional at the same time. We highly recommend this apartment , great quality price ratio, we know where we will be staying the next time we visit Rome.

Even before we arrived, Consuelo took care of us, messaging us privately to check our details and provide some more guidance with getting to the hotel. On arriving at the hotel, Conuselo took the time to give us lots of valuable information about the area, including some recommendations for restaurants. In fact, we ate at two recommendations during our stay and they were very good! The room was beautiful and immaculate - cleaned daily. Very high ceilings and a beautiful bathroom. I really found the extra notes and the map in the room very helpful, in fact, we took photos of all the notes, and used them on our daily travels to help us navigate this beautiful city. At one point, the automatic front door failed to work, and Consuelo was quickly available to help us. The location was perfect - a 7 minute walk to the train terminal, and moments from the hip Monti area, buzzing every night. We walked to the Colosseum in 15 minutes. Thank you Consuelo, if we return to Rome we will visit you again, and will definitely recommend you to our friends.

The location was perfect for our stay. We wanted to be close to the colosseum & it was only a 10 minute walk away. We were close to some excellent restaurants & shops too. We were welcomed by Consuelo, who showed us the keys, accommodation facilities & gave us a map of local amenities & sights to see. Communication was excellent & our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed

The coffee machine was loud which meant we could only use it between 8-10am. We did have a kettle in the room though for tea

The rooms were a good size, very clean with good facilities in a location that felt safe. The building is a short walk from the main archeological sites and also 10 minute walk from Termini station. The host was very welcoming and gave us information on good local restaurants, sights and transport. She also responded very quickly when a problem arose one evening. We would definitely stay there again.

Not a negative about the property but people should be aware that, as it is a room only location, there is not a permanently staffed reception and it is preferred that guests check in before 4.30pm. There is an additional charge for check in after 8pm.

The Relais is located steps away from Stazione Termini, which is extremely convenient for anyone traveling by train or plane. Also, there are many public transportation options nearby, even if Rome is one of the most walkable cities in the world. My room was very spacious and had many great amenities. The shower was especially nice! Breakfast is Italian-style (sweet things and variations of coffee/cappuccino). Consuelo is a wonderful hostess and goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable.

The WiFi was only working sporadically, which was a bit of an issue for me.

The location is great, next to the Central station, all sights are within walking distance (except Vatican). 2 metro stations are nearby, buses stop around the corner. The host is super friendly and really takes care that everything goes well and even checks in on you if everything is OK. The rooms are super spacious, well designed, and clean. The ac is working very well and helps you cope with the summer heat. The highlight actually is the shower, I loved showering here. There is coffee available during the day.

For me personally, the beds were too hard.

The perfect hotel for a visit to Rome. Location was superb, next to Termini, ideal for exploring Rome. The hotel has a charming luxury boutique vibe, high ceilings and an exquisite Venetian chandelier, felt like royalty in this ex-palace. Room/area was so peaceful we slept like babies. Attention to detail for traveller needs made everything just that much more special. And Consuela is the perfect host, thank you!!

The property was very clean, fresh towels were provided each day and despite being in a busy area there were no issues with outside noise. The host Consuelo was very welcoming, she knew it was our first time visiting the city and so she took the time to highlight the best places, restaurants etc to visit and even took the time to annotate a map for us. All together great trip and we would definitely recommend a stay!
