Excellent find! We stayed one night over two rooms, my mum, daughhter and myself. The apartment has 4/5 seperate rooms with small reception area. Would be perfect if you had a group as youd have the whole place to yourselves. Both rooms clean and ready to check in before the arrival time which was a bonus although wasnt expected. Rooms really clean and tidy, mini shower gels etc handy as we hadnt taken anything for one night. Tray of teas and coffee's to use. Bed was really comfortable, really goods nights sleep. Not noisy at either the back or front of building as we had rooms on both. Nice brekfast where we chose what we wanted, selection of bread, pastrys, cereal, fuit etc all delivered to room at set time. Both women we met on check in and out where really helpful. Great location, less than 10 mins to train station. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colleseum and others in surrounding areas.

The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Station. From hotel is about 20 min walk to the Colosseum and hysterical center. The room is clean and nicely designed. Room service takes place everyday. You can choose a menu for breakfast, for vegetarians menu is also suitable. Breakfast is brought to the room at a prearranged time. There is a pizzeria downstairs in the same building. It is good if you don't have time to look for a place to eat. The hotel has only a few rooms, so you have very few neighbors, so it's quiet enough. Stay satisfied with it.

The property was clean and the air conditioning worked well. It was in a good location, very close to Terminal Rome and we always felt safe entering and leaving.

The room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable. Our flight was delayed by three hours meaning we didn’t arrive until after twelve, we could not get in to our accommodation until the following morning, as the front floor was locked. We had to get another hotel room on that night. Luckily the hotel across the road gave us a room at a reasonable rate, but it still was an unexpected cost and worry at the time. While our delay was not the staff’s fault but it should have been communicated that check in would only be facilitated during particular times.

Breakfast in the room was a nice touch and came promptly as we requested. The location was just a 5 minute walk from the Roma Termini. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Directions for getting into the hotel were very good except there was a restaurant next door that had put up lights causing you to not see the button to ring yourself in. Luckily for us, someone else was going in at the same time. The next morning it was clear as the restaurant lights were down. I wouldn’t hesitate to say there again.

The shower was a little small but very clean and had nice water pressure and hot water!

Location is great, proximity to Termini is a huge plus.

Everything was actually fine - only 2 things to mention: this was my 2nd visit to Relais Cavour. Both times I have requested two separate beds ( was informed this was subject to availability) and both times I have been given a king size bed. I actually wonder if you have twin beds at all, if not there should not be the option to book twin beds. The bed is super comfortable by the way - no complaints there. The other thing was the soap dispenser? in the shower. While sitting on the toilet you can see the underside of the dispenser which is black with grime all around it and has obviously never been cleaned. Not nice to look at.

Lovely room - it was spacious and had excellent air conditioning which was so welcome after wandering around in 35 degrees all day! Staff are lovely, location is good and instructions for check-in etc very good.

I hadn’t realised before we arrived that there are no public areas - you just literally have your room on the 1st floor. You order your breakfast the night before and they bring it to you to eat at a table in your room - it’s not a problem and the breakfast is good, but I hadn’t realised beforehand.

Modern newly renovated holiday apartment w/ queen bed; small kitchen area (hot tray for cooking); large bathroom w/ large stall shower. 1 block right and left from the building were busy piazzas with numerous restaurants and many people promenading in the evening. Giuseppe was a very responsive host-allowed us to store our luggage after checkout and made arrangements for a taxi to take us to the airport late in the day. Picked up by the tours at the building. Highly recommend.

The inn is located very well, near to the city and to Termini. In the room we found everything what needed, it is clean, the breakfast was ok. We wolud like to say special thank to Chris who works at the reception, he is very helpful, tries to solve every problem, and he makes good cappuccino for breakfast:) Before arriving we got all the information from the owner to find the place and get in there. The information about the accomodation is correct, we found everything like in the pictures and in the description of website.

We had just one problem altough wich is not tiny in January. In the first evening turned out that the heating does not working. We tried to reach the owner, unsuccesfuly, thanks God, it was not icecold that night. On the next day we got a mobil heating machine from Chris, the problem was solved. Expect this we really enjoyed staying here, we will go back for sure.

Is 200m from Termini and 1.5km ish Colosseum, or Trevi. Bathroom could get a refresh. Staff were spot on, very supportive , access very easy. If is to swing by Roma is definitely a place I would take in consideration.

Is just a room and a bathroom. You only come there to sleep. Bed a bit too soft for me. But these are personal preference.

We stayed for one night and chose it because of the close proximity to the train station, about a 7 minute walk. The room seemed a little larger than some we have previously stayed in Europe. Breakfast was wonderful and served in our room. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.
