Basic but somehow charming place, in large part bc of the care and effort of the staff. I was welcomed warmly and each time I left had a nice chat with the staff at the desk. It is very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had enough space to do what I needed. It’s Rome; you will be out all day and evening and this is an excellent place to land after a day of exploring. Palazzo is well situated and also well maintained. For the hustle of the train station close by, I didn’t feel it. Room was quiet and the exterior street was very clean. I’d definitely reserve again!

The location is unbelievably good, everything is indeed in a walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Having a small hairdryer there was convenient. Communication via email regarding the details prior to check-in (the time of arrival, flight delays etc.) was easy and fast. I was very satisfied with everything!

Only a few things in the bathroom: sometimes water leaked out through the gap under the glass door of the shower cabin and the toilet seat wasn't mounted completely at every point necessary. But these are easy to fix and just minor details, overall, I had a very pleasant stay, thank you for it!

We stayed at this location only for one night, walking distance from Termini station, lots of bars and restaurants as well as close to shopping streets. We are a family of 5, and the room was very big and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, helped us with booking a taxi for the next morning at a much lower price than Uber.

Super cool lady running the hotel. Every day cleaning of the room. Good wifi. Very close to Termini station. Comfy bed. Secure room. Good restaurant right next to the hotel and lots of choices for breakfast on the same street. All the positive stuff you can find in the area near the main transport hub of a big city......

The noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom turns on when you open the light and no way to shut it down. You wait 10-15 mins (did not time it) after you switch the light off to shut down itself. All the negative stuff you can find in the area near the main transport hub of a big city......

Was a very comfortable place, nice rooms, bathrooms, the AC was GREAT, because the city is too hot right now. You have a coomon kitchen where you can have cold beaverages, coffee and something to eat. Of course, you have to pay them, but are very cheap in compare to buy them in the city. You are very close to the coliseum walking, or you can take a bus and go any where in less of 30 minutes.

Som times the wifi didnt work very well, but in general, the place is great

I like how the hotel is near the termini station, it took only 5 to 6 minutes from the hotel to the station. Also you can walk from hotel to coloseum. Ms. Anna, the staff is very accommodating and nice. She also gave us a map and showed us where and how we can go to the different tourist spots. We stayed for 3 nights. the room is good for 2 and always clean. It seems there is a little problem with the the sound proofing but it can be tolerable. We are satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

4 of us stayed in one room. Very spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable beds. 20 min walk from the Colosseum, and the owner was extremely helpful and polite.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Value for money. A hotel-apartments basically that offers a clean place for you to sleep at night or take some rest during the day. Excellent location near the termini with excellent restaurant exactly next to it. Do not expect 5* hotel but for the money paid in the center of Rome taking into account how clean it is I 100% suggest it. There are things for improvement and maintenace and the owner is aware.

There are 2-3 things that need to be care of in the room like the door in the shower that does not close firmly, and a small tv that could be added in the room for late night relaxation.

Amazing location close to many sites that you go to Rome to see, staff really friendly and attentive, we got to the hotel much earlier than expected and yet the room was ready for us, we were given also given a map and told places to go and avoid etc room was much bigger than expected and very clean and kept well, 2 air cons in the room to help cool it down which were a dream in the heat, would definitely stay again when coming back to Rome, this hotel is definitely worth staying at and for the price it is amazingly cheap!

We couldn’t stay longer!
