The service from Francesco was exceptional. From the moment we arrived Francesco was thoughtful and pleasant. His care and attention was some of the best I’ve experienced.

Nothing we didn’t like. If we were coming back to Rome we’d stay at Hotel Giada.

Great central location, suitable for large groups. Beds are clean, staff is OK. The building does not look too great but the value for money I think it is great.

We like to say that we are very lucky to choose this hotel which is very near to the Roma Terminal station and walkable distance to the Rome attractions like colosseum, Foro Romano etc.,The kindness of the staff is exceptional and we felt more comfortable with them for the information we needed and the Reception opened 24 hours is very nice and advantageous. The cleanliness is perfect and excellent even for the visitors with families and small kids. We had the breakfast also which is good and satisfy our needs in the morning to roam around Rome . On the whole we enjoyed the stay very much.

The interaction with the JK was very nice and pleasant. We encourage you to try this at least once at the hotel. I also recommend this hotel because of the hotel's location.
