Close to everything and easy to access, its on the first floor and very easy to get into the room and buildings because they all use codes so no need to bring keys everywhere. Situated close to the train station. The immediate area isnt too good for food but with a bit of a walk you escape the tourist traps and can find great restaurants. The location is great though very easy to go everything with bus and train station a few minutes away.

The immediate surroundings have scummy looking people drinking or smoking till late at night and there looks like its not a very authentic Italian area as there was a lot of different foreign stalls or shops there.

Location was perfect as we purposely wanted to be closed to Roma Termini Centrale. Noise levels were fine as ear plugs are provided but we certainly did not need them. Host Daniel was very helpful. We booked this room as we were not spending much time in there besides the usual sleeping etc as we were out most of the day and then again at night. Served its purpose.

Air con made a noise when it was switched on but luckily it was not hot at night so we switched it off at night. Daniel did come in and turn the fan level to a lower speed as it still cooled the room and we did leave it on one night and still slept ok. But the other nights we switched it off.

A few steps away from Termini station which makes this place easy to access and leave from. Even though we arrived very late, self check in instructions was clear and we check in ourselves without any problem and quickly. Also the location is so centric where you can find cafes, restaurants around. Staff was always accessible and responsive through Whatsapp.

Location is on the main street, this means it could be noisy for some residents (facility provides ear plugs). There are random people around on late nights. For the facility, I would recommend to put slippers in the rooms. We hadn't need them urgently but it's nice to have.

the location was very close to the main train station and had quite a number of dining options nearby. the room was comfortable and big enough for the four of us travelling. the toilet was clean and was comfortable to use.

the hotel is only one floor above the ground floor so if you are staying on the side that faces the street, you will be able to hear the noises from the ground floor. though, once the windows are closed the volume does decrease significantly and the hotel did provide us with ear plugs.

The location is very convenient, close to public transport, Termini station, and the transfer buses departing to both of Rome's airports 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean, and the terrace is very pleasant. The host was extremely responsive and kind, open to questions that made our stay in Rome much more organized and fulfilling. I highly recommend.

In the area around Termini station, there are many marginalized communities, but the concentration of police is high, and overall it is safe.

Close to accessing main attractions

Was suitable if using for bed to sleep in and being out most of day. Was a terrace area on upper floor however no view but location was great for accessing main attractions. Was not an area I would walk around early or late without someone. Very touristy restaurants at door step, not authentic foods - needed to go over river to a north side using taxi or bus for authentic eating. Host was very kind and helpful.

The location is amazing! It cant be better, it is very close to the train station and to the city center. The roof top terrace is a very good place to relax during late evenings. The rooms were very comfortable and with the windows closed we couldnt hear any noise.

The smell in the room was very strong. The room was cleaned with sanitiser and it had a hospital smell.

The location was perfect for us, the staff were friendly and helpful and the bed waa comfy. The aircon was good. The trams outside were loud but we knew to expect that as we read the reviews. Sad plugs were provided but we find a rain sounds app works well in situations like that.

It was very unclear how we could get in to the building. We were just lucky that someone was passing who knew.

Hotel was in a great location, around 20-30 mins away from most of the places we wanted to visit. Very secure and staff were friendly and allowed us to store our bags at the hotel after check out time since we had a late flight back.

Would have preferred towels to be changed more frequently than every 3 days. Room didn’t have an iron and ironing board.

Really good location, near the train station and 20mins walk to the coliseum/Trevi fountain etc everything was modern and comfortable

The only thing I would say is the a/c wasn’t the best and felt warm in the room even though it was set to 18 degrees
