Great location, easy to reach main monuments and sites. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Quiet building (guest house is on the 5th floor and there is no one above). Bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was confortable.

Lack of soundproofing between the bedroom and the corridor/entrance lobby. Faint unpleasant smell coming from the drainpipe in the bathroom (the mechanical ventilation was very efficient but the smell came back when not in use)

The apartment was newly renovated, everything was super clean and new. They had everything you’d need in the apartment and they come and clean everyday. Also at the entrance of the apartments there was a lady(owner?) every morning until noon that was very welcoming and helpful with whatever you’d need. Also at the reception you can find a coffee machine and a microwave oven with free coffee and tea. 10/10 the best apartment I’ve ever stayed on a trip.

Property was in a good location, very close to the main train station, and within walking distance to everything you could need (sight seeing, supermarket, laundromat, restaurants etc.). Bed was comfortable & room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was brought at the agreed time, and the owner even changed the breakfast style when she noticed some things weren’t eaten over other things. Owner went above and beyond for us. She explained all the keys and what they were used for, gave us a map of Rome and pointed out the closest public transport so that we knew what to use. She even gave us cute postcards when we left, and even let us store our luggage when we checked out until 7pm when our night train was due.

Shower pressure wasn’t always excellent but I think that was more a Rome thing rather than anything the owner had control over. Nothing else wrong with the property.

First of all the location, 2 minutes by foot from Termini station, the apartment was easy to find, instructions were clear. Roman forum is max 15 min by foot from the apartment. The owner is very welcoming and she gives you extra tips for where to go around the city, which bus/metro to take, where you can find good restaurants, good views, free entries to museums, etc. The room is cozy and has a nice retro style, it's clean and comfortable. Towels were changed and the bed was made on daily basis. Breakfast is decent and gives you enough energy to explore the city. The safebox in the room has a manual key so you don't have to worry about the faulty batteries. We had a good sleep, the room was dark at night and it was relatively quiet. When we return to Rome we will definitely book here again.

Not much to say here, maybe the breakfast could be more diverse from day to day, but it's not that big of a deal.

What I like the most? Isabella the host without a doubt. She was very kind, very helpfull in explaining to us all the good sightseeings in Rome and always present for all our requests. Second, the location was very convenient and safe Third, the cleaniness of our room. Fourth, the breakfast always delivered by Isabella on time and it was decent and tastefull. Fifth, the room was spacious and although the bathroom was outside the room, we did not feel uncomfortable. A minor issue was the low water pressure, but Isabella was also available to give solution to this issue, by turning on a water pump. Isabella, thanks for the great stay. We enjoyed it.

Nothing to make us feel unhappy at the end. Hope that the stupid booking rating algorith of booking, will give a perfect 10 to Isabella's accomodation

The host was very friendly, kind, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! Our schedule varied by the day, yet they gladly prepared breakfast for us at inconvenient times. The location worked very well for us, just a couple of blocks from the train station and a few blocks from the ancient city ruins. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a bus stop across the street. All in the place was well-kept and very clean.

The bathroom was not shared, and in this sense it is "private". But you have to walk through the main dwelling (shared) to get to it. Not really "private" in that sense.

Everything was great. The location is close to major attractions and restaurants. It is only 5 mins walk to Rome Termini, which is convenient for travelers who take trains. The owner Isabella was so nice and helpful. She gave detailed instructions how to get to her property from the airport and train station. She also recommended major attractions with tips that you do not want to miss. The room was clean and beautiful, make you felt like a home.

Isabella was an amazing host! She suggested places to go and how to get there, as well as answered any questions. Breakfast was such a treat! The place was big and clean, with air con! There’s a lift which helped get our luggage instead of taking the stairs. It’s close to the colosseum and train/bus station, which made it easy to get around the city if we didn’t want to walk.

The bed was on the firmer side. It’s closest to the colosseum, which isn’t central to other landmarks like Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Vatican. Expect a longer walk or take public transport.

This was a great apartment, close enough to the train station and in a neighborhood that featured many restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and accommodating in making our stay so enjoyable, including helping to arrange our taxi ride to the airport. Their great breakfast each morning helped to jump start our busy days filled with exploring Rome. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

Everything was great!!

Excellent central location, very close to all transport stations;trains, buses and metro. Very welcoming, cooperative owner(Mrs Isabella), she's available all the time.Spacious, well furnished clean room. Very good breakfast (eggs, cheese, cookies, yoghurt, juice ,fruits and tea or coffee with milk).

Weak water pressure No TV Safety box located at the bottom of the closet.. Soundproofing is good, since the area is noisy with a lot of traffic especially the tram,so you have to close the windows well at night and switch on AC if necessary.
