Excellent location. Very friendly Romanian lady checking me in with lots of local recommendations. Excellent TV and air conditioner. A great hotel for the price.

Be sure to get the code for the outside front door and not just the door into the floor with your rooms. I wasn't given that and luckily some neighbours let me in. Also, I've seen on other reviews that they could have put another pillow on the bed which I agree with. Shower door leaked water onto the shower floor but I mopped it up with one of the towels.

Everything was beyond expectations! Honestly, the pictures are outdated, and they've done great renos to the rooms and lobby where we have breakfast. The breakfast was a good amount, and the service was great. The staff are friendly and work so hard all day to make sure our needs and the cleanliness of the hotel are met. It's around a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops and a short walk from Roma Termini.

As it is an old building, the elevator is old and small and can only take 2 people up at a time—so the flight up the stairs can be rough by the end of the stay if you're staying long. But what can you do. The shower doesn't get hot, but after a day in the sun, the luke warm or cooler water is refreshing.

Very nice. Location great, very close to the train station. We walk about 3 to 5 minutes. Clean We were 4 girls and we chose 4 twins beds. The room was good enough for us. Breakfast was very food with a variety of croissants, cheese and ham, butter, bread. We love coffee and the quality was very tasty. Meaning good coffee. Also juice was served. The staff were very friendly. All the girls that were serving the breakfast plus the gentleman making coffee. Elena and the other girls were uniquely nice.

All good. Just sharing if you are a big person, the shower room might be small for you. Just sharing this info, not saying this is negative issue.

Croissants and tea varieties for breakfast. Cleanliness of the room. Central location.

The shower cabin was quite small and the entrance narrow. It may not be suitable for larger or heavier guests. On the night of my second day, there was no hot water in the shower. The staff explained it was due to heavy usage and advised me to leave the water running for 10 minutes. Later, they mentioned they would fix the issue, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved that night and I had to shower with cold water. The hot water issue was fixed the following day. I also noticed other guests mentioned in online reviews that hot water is often unavailable at certain times in the evening. This was the most significant inconvenience I experienced during my stay. My room was located far from the elevator, and both the toilet and shower area were elevated

My 5th or 6th time to Roma and I always try to stay close to Termini. I booked somewhere else but my boss cancelled the trip at the last minute so I wanted to save the budget and wanted to check this place as it’s quite unusual to have 8.5 out of over 2.8k people. It was indeed fabulouso. Two blocks from the Termini (if you get out of the nearest exit which is through the caffe). The entrance may look a bit odd to many ad it shows 6 different hotel signs but it’s very intuitive and there is no need to be intimidated. The floor all the way to the room was effortless for my roller bags. The breakfast was very basic but well serviced and you actually get a fantastic cappuccino made by a human. All staff members seem well trained. If I come back, I will definitely consider staying here. PS I was extremely impressed with the c-type, usb, and electronic sockets built over your bed and also above the desk. I think that it is the first time I see a c type connector in a two star European hotel.

Mainly two things. The Elevator. It has a small size elevator which is typical for an old European building. Sharing that with several other hotels and other residents can take some time to get in it. The shower. Obviously something was wrong during my stay and i had a cold shower. Not even lukewarm. It was for only one day so I didn’t bother. And I as a Korean, we are a people equipped with a strong mind control so this is nothing. (This is a joke. It was really hard in a late October day.) When you check in to your room, make sure your room comes with hot water supply.

Our triple room was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Lovely hot shower, smart TV and a good size room. All the staff were welcoming and polite and the breakfast was lovely with enough choice to satisfy us all. Location was great, a few minutes from the train station and most sights were walkable within 30 minutes. I would definitely return and I highly recommend Hotel Ferrarase.

Nothing at all. There were a lot of steps to our room, which we chose to use, but there is a lift there also. The hotel made us aware of this before we arrived. I cannot fault anything.

Place was very close to Rome termini which was great because it made it easier to navigate around Rome. Rooms were refurbished with modern furnitures and looked better than the picture posted here, I am surprised they havent updated it yet. Staff during breakfast were very friendly and accomodating although they had limited options.

Everything was comfortable but I hope the blankets provided didnt have a rough curtain like texture... There were scaffoldings in front of the building so it was difficult to spot the little sign on the side even though we had used google maps to locate it. Lift was small.

We were a group of people accommodated in three types of rooms: quadruple, triple, and double, so I can confidently say that the rooms look way better than the pictures in the booking. My room was super clean. It had a safe box, air conditioning, and a TV and was cleaned every day. The hotel is located very close to the Termini station, making it easily reachable from the airport. The staff was very attentive and well organised. The breakfast was very good, and although the sitting area was small, there was no waiting time because of the efficiency of the way they managed things. Most of the sites were reached by walking, and there were many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent price/value ratio.

Nothing. I would stay there if I went to Rome again.

The hotel is located on the first floor of the building. Due to nearby construction, the entrance can be a little hard to find at first. But we were very well received – everything was clean, calm, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right next to the bus terminal, and you can easily walk there. Since we left very early in the morning, we didn’t get to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The shower box might feel a bit small compared to those in Brazil, but we noticed that this seems to be a common feature in most places we stayed in Italy.

Nothing.

Value for money was very good. The single room was very good for the price (photos attached), the double was, however, a bit small. Breakfast was good (coffee/tea, croissant, bread, yogurt, cereals), and the staff was super nice and helpful! There is an elevator. You can walk to the historic centre or take the metro (2-3 stations). There are a lot of restaurants in the street of the hotel and surroundings (some more touristy than others, but some of very good quality).

Double room was a bit small.
