The location is about 10 mins walk from the Roma Termini and within a walking distance from all sorts of major attractions. I booked a room with twin beds. The room was clean upon arrival. The staffs were friendly and good in what they are responsible for. Although the room was a bit small but it has everything you need. It is a good choice for this price range.

The windows and dry walls are not doing a good job in sound proof. I could hear people in the adjacent rooms or on the street (my room faces a street) talk. Bottle water and coffee pods were not refilled daily.

The room was really nice and had complimentary water and coffee. It was really comfortable with a very central location. The staff were pretty helpful too, the front desk attendee even gave us a room tour which was really nice.

It isn’t mentioned prior that the check in/check out is located down the road from where the rooms are located (Hotel Scala). This would’ve been fine if we knew we had to go straight there first, and we only found out that we had to by a small, missable sign on the outside of the building. The bathroom was also pretty small.

Location of the hotel is good. Easy to reach main places of interest and railway station. In the single room I found quite everything is needed for the comfortable stay.

Not easy to find the hotel as it is not marked as a hotel, and another quest is to find the check-in hotel... No sound isolation - you can hear your neighbours very well. Happy me that my neighbours were not noisy, otherwise it would be a problem.

Beautiful front door space and a corridor. Excellent location: close to the train station, 25 minutes from the Colosseum and other historical buildings. Good furniture. Clean. Big bathroom. Our room has a balcony with an opera view. Check in via the next building; it went easily. Coffee maker and teapot. You can drink tap water. No breakfast.

A bit costly. Narrow entrance door.

clean room , fridge and kettle and coffe machine in room, and iron . close to repubblica metro station, close to termini. breakfast served in restaurant starting at 7:00 so you can start your day early. baggage storage available after check out . great hotel.

the cleaning staff always closed the electricity of the fridge and my baverages were not cold when I was back in the evening after long day of walking .

Had all the basics we needed.

Was awkward to find the check in as we didn’t see the little sign at the entrance saying to go to Hotel Sonya down the street to check in but the staff found us looking confused and were friendly and showed us the right way to go. Would be good if this information was included when booking as I couldn’t find it on my paperwork when I went back through it.

At first we were given a room with no window and air conditioning didn’t work whilst the room was clean and acceptable the heat was unbearable. Got moved to another room which excellent after initial room was too hot

Close to the big tourist attractions, walking distance , lots of restaurants around. Felt safe at night.

Our shower didn’t work the first night so we had to move but they gave us a discount for it.

Location is excellent and staff is friendly and helpful. Also the balcony was great.

The shower is small, ok for us but may be an issue for some.

Best possible location for opera lovers - you have opera stars as your neighbours and rehersal room at your windows :-) Spacious, comfy apartment with everything you need for city break in Rome. Many restaurants nearby and carrefour, as well.

Furniture and bathroom a little outdated, however stylish. Slightly pricy for the standard but this is Rome.
