Staff were welcoming. Hotel well located.

Not a 5 star hotel based on facilities, however the amount paid matched the quality of hotel.

Good location for the train station and underground

Rooftop bar was privately booked 3 of the 4 nights and when we did get there the drinks were overpriced. Staff seemed to think it was reasonable that it was closed to guests! It shouldn’t be advertised as a feature if the feature is unavailable

The hotel was chosen because of its location to close to the most famouis places in Rome that can be reached by walk. The staff were freindly and helpful. The hotel and the room look "old-fashioned" but nice. Breakfast is served on the upper floor with the view on Rome roofs from the terrace. Location of the hotel is perfect - 5 min walk to metro, 15 min. walk to Trevi Fontan, Pantheon and so on...Also very close to the small restaurants, pizzerias, shops.

Breakfast time till 11.00 but even at 10.30 there are shortage of food on the serving tables, like cheese, fruits, honey, etc. Housekeeping may come very early when you stay in the bed still Wi-fi is very poor and not stable. As I was informed on the receiption that it can be happen due to some maintenance on the 7th floor where my room was located. So if you wanted to combine work and rest, wi-fi will do the choice on your behalf and stops your intention to work remotely.. Also if you want to open room door urgently you could do this from the several attempts only performing magic passing with the card application - try different distances, card's position - vertical/horizontal and the miracle appeared finally and the door became unllocked....

the room was lovely and very spacious, good shower

the air conditioning was very poor, we had 3 rooms asked for them to be close together one was on the 3rd floor and 2 were on the 8 th floor, very poor lift facilities as they only accommodate 4 people at a time had to wait a long time for lift

loved the main desk. they were very kind and friendly. always a smile and a chat.

i didnt like how they could not help get back 148 euros that i spent on a tour of the Vatican museum. i fell and broke my wrist as we were walking into the museum. i was taken to the hospital where we spent hours. by the time we got back to the museum it just closed. we never got to see it. we felt that we should have been compensated or at least given a voucer for a credit if we go back. this should have been taken care of, 148 euros is a lot of money. please let us know why you could not have the tour place reinburse us or give us a credit.

We really enjoyed our stayin La Griffe. We had a ride organized from the airport, included in the price of the hotel, which was great to have someone wait for us and make thing easier. The hotel itself is very clean, the room was warm (we were in December), it was of decent size and the bed was comfortable. Bedsheets and towels were changed daily. We had breakfast in the morning as part of the arrangement and it was delicious, plenty to choose from and quite tasty and fresh. As far as the hotel staff goes, everyone was really friendly, all spoke English very well and were polite. I would have to single out a receptionist called Patricio. Major shout out to him. During our stay, when we arrived, the first room that we got was quite stuffy, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and it was a duplex, and seeing as I am six months pregnant, going up amd down the stairs doesn’t sit well with me. Also we shared a terrace with the room next to us, which the occupants used for smoking, again not ideal for us. I went down to explain the situation at the reception and Patricio was full of understanding, took care of the lot and transfer us to another room immediately. Sometimes it’s the just people doing the right thing to do that makes all the difference!

The hotel is a bit outdated (corridors especially) and room doors have minimal noise insulation.

From the moment you walk in to this hotel, you know you are in a special place. A very warm welcome received. Room was excellent. Superb value with breakfast included.Service received by all was exceptional. Hotel decor was very eye catching.Received a very warm welcome. Breakfast was truly amazing. A wide selection of cuisine to choose. They cater for all tastebuds in this hotel. Big thank you to all in this hotel for the upkeep of a true master piece, which is very central and close to all major attractions.A beautiful experience in this wonderful city.

The room was a bit neglected ...some walls were a bit scuffed and marked...needs a good fresh lick of paint

Like its family owned hotel they care more personal of each customer and they try to tailor our needs.

Only was a bit too hot ,but i could open the window ,that helped. Toilet was not flashing well i had difficult to get more presure to water.

I had a great time staying in this hotel. When I checked in there was a problem with my room and the staff at the reception solved it i les than 5 minutes. The room was great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the choices available. This is a very good 4-star hotel. Some attention to details would make it a 5. For example, almost all the breakfast bowls for fruit and muesli were chipped. Things like that.
