It was amazing stay! Our late checkin was possible and really well prepared. Location is amazing. Room was really quiet, during night really dark and the matrass and the pillow was so comfy!! And breakfast to the bed...this was another bonus point. So the whatsapp comunication...I asked for recomandation some good food around and this was great!! Thank you so much! And our early checkout was without any problem and we got breakfast prepared to go:)

Everything was perfect! The location is ideal, 3 min from metro Reppublica, 15 min by fear from Termini station. However, Via Nazionale is a central wide street where you can feel safe. Near 20 min by feet you can find both Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The patio of apartments is very lovely! The apartment itself is rather spacious for two people, very clean, everything is in good condition. There is a common kitchen with kettle, tea, microwave and other things. We didn’t hear any noise neither from the street nor from the neighbors. Aparts staff are very polite and kind people, helped us to find the apartment and gave some useful advices. Highly recommend and of course would like to visit it again, thank you :)

Minor interruptions in hot water supply, but it’s just a tiny minus

Excellent location , 5 mins walk to the Termini station, 15 mins walk to the colosseum. Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps within walking distance too. Beautiful building with old world lift up to the accomodation. Wonderful reception staff (Chiara) and overall hospitality is excellent. Lovely breakfast requested from a menu brought to your room to enjoy in the morning. I travelled with my 11 year old and she loved Rome and I think the guest house played a part in her experience.

Nothing to report. A lovely stay!

Everything was perfect: localion (20 min walking to Piazza Venezia and the Forums, 5 min to Palazzo Massimo, 3-4 min to the metro station, 10-12 min to the train station Termini), kindest staff, very clean and quiet room (gest house is located on a busy street with many cafes and shops but rooms are to the courtyard or a small side street). There is a common area with refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee, tea and sweet snacks, cozy Christmas decoration. I had to stay one more night due to flight cancellation, they were so kind to let me stay in another room, I could left my laggage at the reception and visit Palazzo Massimo until my room was ready.

Great location within walking distance to many attractions. The room has cold AC and good showers, and is in a quiet and safe building. The host accommodated my late check in. We received free breakfast on the last day, which was nice. No complains.

Location is good, 12' walking from the train station, 10' to Colosseum, 20' to Trevi fountain. Area is safe. The room was clean, with wooden floor, essential but functional furniture, sufficiently large bathroom. Young and friendly personnel.

The bed mattress was not the best: it seemed to be a bit smashed to one side. Online checkin procedure is a bit cumbersome (uploading of IDs + picture with ID). Reception time is limited.

I liked the location of the hotel, everything in the rooms is very clean, the staff is friendly, several times they wrote, we need a transfer from the airport. And a pleasant surprise can make yourself a cup of coffee.

In the photos, it seemed that there would be more space in the room.

The location was very convenient. Close to the train and metro station. It's easy to get to all main sights, either walking or with public transport. The accommodation was lovely, very pleasant and clean. Chiara and the other staff there were excellent. So happy to help with anything we needed. Would stay there again.

Nothing really. Minor point with the shower that would suddenly change temperature.

The hotel room is comfortable and clean. Since the room are in the last floor of a building not facing the street, the room was also very quiet.

I liked almost everything about the hotel, but the breakfast. The breakfast is available as a box of fixed pastries. After the second day, I could not eat anymore the same thing over and over again. This is a point to improve for sure.

Τhe breakfast was simple ,tasty and fulfilled our expectations. The staff were very polite and helpful .The room was small and very clean .The room is very near to central train station and metro and about 1km-1,5Km to many of the main sights of Rome.
