The perfect place! Look no further , this is wonderful. Book it if it’s available!!! Upon arriving, you will find the suite to be incredibly spacious. Larger than any place in Rome I’ve stayed before. Anything you may need is facilitated by the 5 star staff + team. They are quick, responsive, and go above + beyond to make your stay the best possible. We celebrated our anniversary + engagement and it was made so much more memorable due to their incredible team. The suite location is excellent ; you find yourself in the middle of the city before you even know it! We took a nice stroll for 5 minutes and found ourselves walking down the Spanish Steps!! The property is very secure. They offer luggage storage if needed. Best experience yet!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

Good location not far from the Termini train station & tour bus stops ("not far" meaning "it was manageable for me to bring ~30kgs of luggage to the hotel on foot"), walking distance from many Rome's landmarks like Trevi fountain or Pantheon, many shops, a great cafe next door and a great restaurants in 7-minute walk.

The sink looks great, but is somewhat prone to splashes due to low depth, so be cautious while washing hands. A shower inside the bedroom is unorthodox, but manageable. I don't remember slippers or bathrobes in the room, so if you frequently use them, you should bring your own. Also, our view was on an auxiliary street, so nothing fancy there to see.

Location is excellent. Instructions to get to the property and receive keys were very clear and detailed. Apartment was clean, kettle in the room and kitchenette with coffee, biscuits and jams. We are very satisfied with our choice. Will book it again when in Rome.

Note that elevator starts on the first floor and you have to drag your luggage from the ground floor to the first floor.

The beds and the pillows were unbelievably comfortable! Very clean, it had a small kitchen area where they provided snacks and tea. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is amazing, with the train station being a short 8min walk and multiple bus stops only 2-5min walk. The Trevi fountain is walking distance, as well as many good restaurants in the area.

Very nice and clean room. Not easy to locate the first time but once located it's very easy to find. Beautiful apartment with standup as shower located inside the room separate from the toilet which was very good. We stayed two nites. Will definitely return again

No toiletries items like shampoo or soap. We used the soap dispenser in the bathroom for shower needs but very minor. I can bring my own next time.

Excellent service from check in to check out Ladies in the office along with Yves were very very helpful in securing our 5 pieces of luggage so we could explore Rome for the day and catch our 6pm flight home. Grazie !

The woman who is the security person in the front of the building was very grumpy and not at all helpful upon our arrival. By the way she works for the apartment building and not the Hotel.

The rooms and toilets were quite neat and clean. Comfortable bed and small pantry with coffee machine & hot water Very close to main station. Automated check-in available. Very decent , safe & secure place to Rome central station . We were quiet skeptical first about the but this place is worth the stay.

Be a little careful with the shower cabin :) otherwise no complaints

I really enjoyed my stay, just be aware the rooms are in a big old classic building. Rooms are updated, but furniture and what not are a little worn and dated, which is why it’s probably such a reasonably priced spot for the location.

Unfortunately the minibar was not working. I complained at the reception but it was not fixed while I was there. A refrigerator is important in the summer in Rome.

The room was so spacious, and we had everything we needed available to us. The gentleman that was our liaison had amazing communication, and was super professional and helpful!! It was super close to a safe and clean area, and very near attractions.

No elevator available but honestly this was the only downside! We would definitely stay here again 🥰
