Loved the location! I walked to the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum! The room was a nice size and so was the bathroom. Everything felt mostly clean, the sheets were a little stained though.

The bed wasn’t really comfy, but after my long days, I didn’t really care and passed out pretty quick. I also thought it was weird that you had to turn in your room key every time you left the hotel and there wasn’t a lock on the door, which freaked me out a little as someone traveling solo.

This hotel is so beautiful, very convenient to the train station, and filled with old-world charm. I felt like I stepped into a Felini film! The bathroom is big, clean, and very comfortable with a huge tub. The room is small but well-appointed with a very high quality bed. There's a mini-fridge but no coffee maker. Be sure to look around the lobby and the bar area to see magnificent old paintings, antiques, textiles, furniture, etc. I did not sample the breakfast; it is not complimentary with the room charge.

In Italy, many facilities do not turn on AC until June. We were there in May, and it was hot in the room. As the hotel is located in a very busy part of Rome, near the train station, our room was noisy when the windows were open. Opening the windows provided some breeze, but also a lot more noise. The good thing is there are permanent outside shutters that you can close to allow air in while keeping most of the noise out.

The room was clean and spacious. It has almost everything you need. The location is perfect in Rome so close to termini and so close to all the main attractions almost all walking distance.

The reception needs to be more friendly. We paid different amount of city tax than what is wrote in booking !!, they waited for last minute to collect it while we were in a hurry rather at the beginning of the check-in. They waited for the clock to tick 3:00 p.m. to do the check-in while kept everyone waiting then everyone rushed to the desk without order in a last come first serve logic !! it caused chaos, I was so upset by the check-in way.

Location was great for us as it was close To the Roma Termini which is important when carting luggage and needing early start to catch trains.

Wifi just didn’t happen and what was allowed was just 500mb. Asked if we could have kettle in room and was told they would bring it up. After one day when it didn’t arrive we asked again and it wasn’t until we followed up that we were told they couldn’t supply one. Booked two single beds. Which in fairness were separated but the only way the fit in the room was to have them pressed tightly together so it really wasn’t twin beds. Bathroom was quit large with a huge deep bathtub. Didn’t use but was nice to have.

Centrally located and very close to train and metro stations. You can walk to many places via Via nazionale. Employees were helpful. A facility that meets expectations.

At least complimantary water can be placed in the rooms at this price level

Great location, cheap breakfast and plenty selection. The staff were very helpful would recommend staying here.

The beds were a little on the hard side so didn’t feel as comfortable as I would have liked.

The hotel room was quite comfortable and sizable and very affordable! Hotel is conveniently located near train station plus subway and bus stops nearby. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We received some very good recommendations for dining as well as tips for navigating the city.

Wi-Fi signal was not strong at all. We were unable to access internet using Wi-Fi and I used a lot of data on my international plan within 2 days ( Extenuating circumstances for sure..as husband’s phone was stolen while touring and we need to contact his employer in USA)

Nice room and good location near to the bus terminal and also the places where most tour buses set off from including the hop on hop off tours/Main attractions approx. 20 minutes walk away. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Comfortable and quiet room. Very helpful staff who speak a variety of languages. Good breakfast. We only had it on one day but I wish we had chosen to have it the other days too because what we got outside was not too spectacular. Room was comfortable and the light that people complain about in some of the reviews. The one that comes on when you go to the bathroom in the night, I didn't mind that at all as a way to prevent stumbling or stubbing your toes. It's only on for a few seconds anyway ...enough time to get to the bathroom and back.

I agree with others that at least a couple of bottles of water should be provided in the fridge at least on the first day. Don't use the little store directly opposite the front entrance...it's a rip off .There is a carrefour express just down the next street with much more reasonable prices. I think it would be nice if the hotel had some kind of evening meal or at least a snack service particularly hot drinks and a bar. Although there are many eating places around the weather was foul on a couple of days and after trooping round Rome in the rain all day it would have been nice to dry off and just spend the evening in the hotel rather than heading out in the rain again.

Location is excellent a short walk to the historic centre, my bed was very comfortable, the way the front desk dealt with a complaint.

AC doesn't operate in the month of May, ordered taxi from desk did not materialise and the breakfast offering was only adequate.

The hotel is centrally located in Rome just a 7 minute walk to Roma Termini train station and bus stations. The tour bus stop is also around a 7-10 minute walk depending which stop you chose. If you don’t mind the walk, you’ll be at the Colosseum in about 25 minutes; Trevor Fountain and the Pantheon are about 20 minute walk from the hotel and 2-3 minutes from each other. The hotel’s staff is very friendly.

The only thing I did not like is a motion detection sensor that makes night lights come on when ever you go to the bathroom. The lights cannot be disabled, so depending on what kind of sleeper you are it may or may not bother you.
