The staff were fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable, breakfast was good in the restaurant.

It was quite noisy - although not the hotels fault per se, traffic is awful in Rome and there are ambulance and police sirens almost constantly so although we had a room with a balcony you couldn’t really sit out there, and there was no nice view from the balcony either. Location wise it was ok, but if I went to Rome again I would stay more centrally as everywhere was a very long walk. There was a spa but you had to pay extra, which was disappointing given how expensive the rooms were (over £400 per night)

It’s in a lovely old building. The room arrangement of our suite was very cute, the balcony was huge for a hotel room. Breakfast: the only filter coffee we encountered (sometimes you want COFFEE, not espresso drinks), tea, juice, eggs (scrambled, fried, hard cooked, deviled), bacon. Yogurt, lots of pastries, cold cuts, cheese, and fruit. A toaster. Salad bar offerings (yes at breakfast, and needed with all the rich Roman-Italian food). All good. The hotel restaurant was just ok compared to the really excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, but “just ok compared to” was still very good.

A solid door on the toilet would have kept some privacy. As it was, there wasn’t anything hidden in that sense. The “view” really wasn’t. Yes, you could see the — backside — of the Opera House, and the tiny street the hotel was on.

The room was spacious and very clean. We only had breakfast once, but the breakfast was lovely and a wide selection of foods to eat. The location of the hotel was perfect. Only a 10/15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, amongst other attractions, most things were within walking distance of the hotel. The Roma Termini train station is also a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and so easy to get a train to/from the airport if needed. The staff were extremely helpful and very happy to help. The check in team gave us a detailed map of Rome and when and where is best to go and at what times of the day. They advised us on public transport closures and booked us a taxi back to the airport when we left. The hotel also keep hold of your luggage if you need them to, which is a nice bonus as not all hotels do that!

The room was incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us book taxi's, which took 2-4 minutes to arrive once a staff member called the taxi company. It was within a good walking distance from a lot of tourist sites which was great. Plenty of shops near by which made it even better from a location standpoint.

The doorways seemed small. There is nothing they could do about it since it's an old building. Nothing wrong with the property. I think I just wanted expecting to have to walk through a few doors sideways.

The staff were beyond helpful. So welcoming and would do anything to make your visit to Rome more enjoyable - booking restaurants and taxis, advising on travel, giving us a map with key areas highlighted. Nothing was too much trouble, they were absolutely fantastic :)

Our only criticism was that the room was really warm and the air con didn't go low enough to cool it so we had to open windows which let in a little traffic noise. It didn't negatively impact our stay though.

We had a lovely stay in November. The hotel was a 5min walk from the train station and 15-20 Min walk from the colleseum, Trevor fountain etc. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious and the steam room was better than we expected - we had spa facilities in our room after a day of sightseeing - perfect and worth the upgrade we chose. All staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations for food, drink and arranging a tour for us! The “happy hour” option was unexpected but also great and a good prosecco and pizza pit stop between the day sightseeing and going to dinner.

The hotel does not have a typical “bar” however the sister restaurant were happy to serve drinks just outside the dining area - however you are spoilt for eating and drinking in the area so was not an issue.

Very friendly staff, showed you main attractions and where to go, recommended restaurants and gave walking times, comfy bed and lovely spacious room. Stayed for my boyfriend’s birthday and added the romantic room service breakfast which was amazing and made the stay more special.

Only thing I would say is it can be quite noisy on the street and with cars beeping- but not the hotel’s fault.

Rooms were comfortable! Closet openings do expand they are push/pull. AC worked well, especially important during the Italian summer. The staff was phenomenal and super accommodating! They will store your luggage, gave recommendations about the city, and arranged transportation as well! We would stay here again!

Very nice bourique hotel with excellent location , excellent staff, very comfortable and decorated rooms, very good housecleaning service , very good wifi , very good restaurant, excellent frontdesk staff. Really enjoyed my comfortable stay.Thank you.

The position is perfect, breakfast was very good, the room was spacious and clean and the hotel's facilities were top-notch. When I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The staff recommended dinner at the hotel's restaurant "Cotto" and the food was great. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined stay.
