The property was within 15 minutes of many landmarks, churches, shopping, food and ancient ruins. The hotel served a delicious continental breakfast, although scrambled eggs were missing. The coffee machine was easy to use in any language! The bathroom was a bit cramped!

There was no parking at the hotel but thankfully the hotel reserved a spot for us at a parking garage nearby, only the lights were off, and the entrance arm was closed but lit up. Thankfully, we were allowed to park in one of the spots! The hotel was a five minute walk from the garage! Very convenient!!

This hotel was the perfect spot for our weekend in Rome. From the moment we checked in with Mario we felt completely taken care of like we were family. It was clear he cared about our stay at the property was well as our time in Rome. We chose the room with 3 twin beds and it was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, darkening curtains, comfortable bed and pillows, and a frig. It was so quiet and we barely heard anyone. The location can’t be beat since you can easily walk to all the main attractions. You can easily catch a taxi or uber right outside the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast one morning when we needed to get a quick start on our day. For 10 euros you can’t beat it. Great selection of food and drink. Overall Hotel Miami exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The room was great, what you see in the pictures is what you get. It was cleaned every day and if anything was missing or I wanted something I asked and it was arranged in a few minutes. Air conditioner worked well (very important in Rome) and cooled the room in a few minutes. there is an elevator so you don’t need to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staff are very nice and helpful (Thank you Maria,Mario,Achilles,Franchsco an Pamelia). Breakfast had a great selection of foods. Location is great, on Via Nazionale, a main street (so it felt safe), 10 minutes walk from the Termini and 10 minutes walk from Piazza Venezia, lots of shops and restaurants in the area, buses and even the Metro.

The room is designed “by the centimeter” and especially the bathroom. Though the shower was large enough there was no room next to it. As the hotel is above a main street there is noise from the street. when the windows are shut it is ok but you do hear the syrens of police or ambulances. so if you are noise sensitive ask for a room facing the back. The matrices was not leveled (the center where people sleep was lower) yet the bed was comfortable. At breakfast they only have a coffee machine and it makes a really bad coffee :( not what I expected in Rome. Pay attention that there is a charge for the water bottles from the minibar.

Property was in an excellent location most attractions were within walking distance and it is close to Termini and there are a lot of bus routes passing the door. Plenty of shops around the area too. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean but small although with the amount of time we spent in the room it didn’t matter to us. The room was warm but they have air con. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bed was a little bit hard but it didn’t stop us having a good nights sleep

Close to Metro and bus stops. Front desk not straight in front of the door but hidden on the left but staff very helpful. Clean room. Felt safe in the area at night. Handy for the Colosseum and Trevi areas. About 45 mins walk from the Vatican but Metro only a few mins walk away,cheap and easy to use. About 25 mins walk from the Piazza Navona area. Air conditioning worked well.

Shower cubicle was a bit claustrophobic with a screen that was opaque and pulled around like a concertina. Hairdryer was an old fashioned wall mounted one which just produced a warm breeze. Wasn’t a problem as I’d brought my own. Overall a nice hotel in a good area.

The hotel staff is amazing. Whenever I asked them for something, they immediately solved all my needs. The room was perfectly clean and it was quiet at night. The hotel met all my expectations.

The pillows were too soft and a bit uncomfortable, but I could sleep on them and didn't ask for any others. The TV was too big and took up almost the whole table. I had to have it removed so I could work on the desk. But I didn't need the TV.

The property was within a 15-minute walk of many landmarks and metro station. The room was very clean to begin with, had old furniture but a nice vibe, had a spacious bathroom -seemed recently renovated- and cleaned everyday. The sheets and towels were new and clean. The staff was very friendly. Nice neighbourhood, good restaurants and shops nearby.

A little street noise but it didn't bother us much. Any building on such a lively street would have that much. The bed was a little stiff for me but it is a personal preference.

The hotel is situated in a good location and is very close to the Termini station. You can walk to the main attractions of Rome mostly on foot. Additionally, a nearby bus station offers a direct route to the Vatican, enhancing the hotel's convenience for exploring the city's key destinations.

During our stay, we encountered a minor inconvenience as the heating system was switched off at night. This situation, while manageable, may affect the overall comfort for guests during colder periods. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the hair dryer in the bathroom was outdated and not well-suited for those with thicker hair

The location was great good for walking to attractions. Metro close by and the bus stop as well. It had a fridge, a window that could open, working air conditioning, friendly reception and the room was fairly clean. Good wifi and gluten free options at breakfast. Lots of pillows and the mattress was ok. Excellent blockout curtains. Plenty cupboard space.

Old building so walls a little thin. You could hear people walking in the hallway and I could hear my neighbour coughing up a lung in the middle of the night/early morning. The parking for a golf wagon was €30 per day. The shower curtain was a concertina door that you had to open/close slowly. Not a lot of elbow room and I’m not a big woman.

The renovated rooms are very clean. The air conditioners work well. the beds are very firm. Desks and tables in good condition. Televisions newer and easy to operate. Towels plentiful, very clean and large. We found rooms , 308 , 311, and room 310. To be very quiet and comfortable, the small refrigerators run quietly and do not give off any noticeable heat. Windows can be opened by guests. Here are no screens. And even though rooms are cooled the halls are not so windows are open. There is a very small elevator for guest use. Mario at the reception desk is very friendly and a great resource for dining suggestions and organizing transportation. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Thought a room is set aside for people with mobility challenges. They would not be able to use the elevator with a standard wheelchair . The elevator has a very narrow opening.
