the breakfast does not have a range kinds of foods, suggest to add more vegetables and protein bars, chia seeds, oats and more nuts You pay around 8 € for omelette, 4 stars hotel should give this kind of service with no payment

A superb hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain. Everything is new, smells clean, the staff is very well trained and extremely kind. I requested a quiet room and it was perhaps the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Perfect soundproof. The room was large, immaculate towels, a large, very comfortable bed. huge smart TV with netflix. The bathroom is sparkling clean with hot water 24/7. I liked that I had a Nespresso espresso machine in the room. Perfect breakfast, everything very fresh. It is a hotel that I would recommend to those traveling alone because it seemed very safe. I've been to Rome many times, but this is by far the best accommodation I've had. Thank you, I can't wait to come back!

We stayed at the hotel for a week, and everything exceeded our expectations. We chose a triple room, and it was spacious and airy. The hotel’s location was central, about a 15–20 minute walk to major attractions. Since we travel outside the city quite often, being just 10 minutes away from the main train station made things much easier for us. We were very pleased with the hotel staff as well. We would especially like to thank Joshua and Walter for taking great care of us during breakfast time.They were incredibly caring, respectful and friendly people. They both were very interested in our needs.

We had an amazing one-week stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is perfect—centrally situated with easy walking access to major attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Navona. My partner and I were able to explore most of the city on foot, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and pleasantly cool, which was a huge plus given the warm weather during our visit. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the daily complimentary fruits and bottled water. Overall, a fantastic stay that really enhanced our Roman holiday.

Me and my partner wished we could have stayed longer, our one week vacation went by too fast.

We are a family of four with two teenagers and stayed in a room for four. The room was not that big but we fit well. The bathroom area was very functional. The housekeeping did a great job and cleanliness was good. The staff was in general very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a large selection of items, that is served in the rooftop bar/garden area. A special shoutout to Walter and Joshua for fantastic service and friendliness at breakfast which made the start of every day great! The CC Palace Hotel has a perfect location within a short walk from Termini station and close to many sights such as the Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Fontana di Trevi et.c. It is located on a side street from the busy Via Nazionale but there is no noice disturbance at all. This is a perfect hotel for a Roman city holiday.

If I visit Rome again, I will definitely stay back at this hotel. It was worth every cent and given that Rome is expensive, I'm not saying this lightly: this is an exceptionally well-run hotel. You can feel it in every detail and in how truly smooth the experience in the hotel is. The staff are super-friendly and truly helpful (not the kind of pretend-helpfulness that you encounter from time to time but the genuine kind!). The manager is also great and sorted a small issue we had very professionally and kindly. It becomes quite clear that the staff care about customers truly and customer experience as well. The location of the hotel is fantastic and easy to move around Centro Storico (we walked comfortably to all the main attractions + the Colosseum). The Vatican is a bit further out but easy to get to. The shower of this hotel is the best shower ever. Really refreshed/renovated and closer to 5* than 4 really. Both wife and daughter loved the hotel. The level of preparation for making guests feel welcome is also amazing. For example, we were given a list of restaurant recommendations (both close to the hotel and around Rome) that the hotel itself had put together. I wish we had stuck to that list fully as every restaurant we tried from that list was a level above others we went to. A truly wonderful and memorable experience from this hotel. We stayed in Rome at Hotel CC Palace and had a truly wonderful experience. The breakfast staff was incredibly kind and attentive. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a tiramisu and a candle — such a thoughtful and touching gesture! A special thank you to Walter, Adelina, and Joshua for serving us every morning with such professionalism and warmth! The breakfast was amazing, with great variety and quality, and the cocktails at the rooftop bar were top-notch, made by real professionals.
