A superb hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain. Everything is new, smells clean, the staff is very well trained and extremely kind. I requested a quiet room and it was perhaps the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Perfect soundproof. The room was large, immaculate towels, a large, very comfortable bed. huge smart TV with netflix. The bathroom is sparkling clean with hot water 24/7. I liked that I had a Nespresso espresso machine in the room. Perfect breakfast, everything very fresh. It is a hotel that I would recommend to those traveling alone because it seemed very safe. I've been to Rome many times, but this is by far the best accommodation I've had. Thank you, I can't wait to come back!

I stayed only one night, there were two, three more :)

We are a family of four with two teenagers and stayed in a room for four. The room was not that big but we fit well. The bathroom area was very functional. The housekeeping did a great job and cleanliness was good. The staff was in general very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a large selection of items, that is served in the rooftop bar/garden area. A special shoutout to Walter and Joshua for fantastic service and friendliness at breakfast which made the start of every day great! The CC Palace Hotel has a perfect location within a short walk from Termini station and close to many sights such as the Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Fontana di Trevi et.c. It is located on a side street from the busy Via Nazionale but there is no noice disturbance at all. This is a perfect hotel for a Roman city holiday.

If I visit Rome again, I will definitely stay back at this hotel. It was worth every cent and given that Rome is expensive, I'm not saying this lightly: this is an exceptionally well-run hotel. You can feel it in every detail and in how truly smooth the experience in the hotel is. The staff are super-friendly and truly helpful (not the kind of pretend-helpfulness that you encounter from time to time but the genuine kind!). The manager is also great and sorted a small issue we had very professionally and kindly. It becomes quite clear that the staff care about customers truly and customer experience as well. The location of the hotel is fantastic and easy to move around Centro Storico (we walked comfortably to all the main attractions + the Colosseum). The Vatican is a bit further out but easy to get to. The shower of this hotel is the best shower ever. Really refreshed/renovated and closer to 5* than 4 really. Both wife and daughter loved the hotel. The level of preparation for making guests feel welcome is also amazing. For example, we were given a list of restaurant recommendations (both close to the hotel and around Rome) that the hotel itself had put together. I wish we had stuck to that list fully as every restaurant we tried from that list was a level above others we went to. A truly wonderful and memorable experience from this hotel. Great location to discover Rome, spotlessly clean and renovated rooms, attentive and helpful staff. Cherry on top, was the delicious breakfast served on the Terrace.

The hotel is close to many sightseeing spots, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast on the terrace is delicious with a variety of options. Our room was spotless and quiet; housekeeping did an excellent job. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandra at the reception. We arrived in Rome to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alessandra provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a special greeting for my daughter at breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening, Alessandra was the first to ask, "How did your birthday celebration go along?" On our last day, we left our luggage at reception to spend a few final hours in the city. We miscalculated the time, got caught in traffic, and had to run across the city center to pick our suitcases on the way to the train station. When we finally reached the hotel, exhausted and desperate, the lady at reception (whose name we didn't catch) offered us water, called a taxi, and literally saved us. Thanks to her quick assistance, we made it to our train just in time. All in all, it's 10 out of 10 to the staff. The kindness and attention of the hotel's staff created a very special atmosphere, making us feel noticed, welcomed, and cared for.

Nice hotel however at the price point that they charge they are better options around the same neighborhood and stone in general… Breakfast was good/ Nice patio… The front desk staff is not the nicest/ attitude and etc.

The front desk/ check in staff isn’t the nicest people… And they are the face of the hotel … The rooms are way small/ this hotel sells single basic room as double. That’s a shame. How ever the rooms are nice/ after complete renovation/ everything is brand new/ and the housekeeping tries to take care of the hotel in general.

Hotel was modern, as soon as you walked in felt homey. Fresh flowers, nicely decorated lovely fragrance. Staff were super helpful. Rooms was small but comfortable with everything one needs. Breakfast was a large selection with friendly waiters at the rooftop. I turned 40 while staying at the hotel and without mention they greeted me at breakfast by singing and bring me a cake which was extra special going that extra mile for its guests.

Very pleased with this nice high-end boutique hotel in a good location. We were pleasantly welcomed upon arrival and during entire stay, no wait for an early check in. Modern and very clean. Spacious king bed room with huge walkout patio balcony including a patio set and umbrella, a nice unexpected surprise. Nice view. Super comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. Private and quiet. Nice upper floor breakfast area also with a nice view, good buffet food. Felt very safe. Easy walk to tourist attractions/restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and will stay here again.
