Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Toiletries were nice.

Reception and probably the Hotel was in building nr. 83 but our room was on 4th floor of building nr.90. Only 4th floor of this building is with Mascagni. There is only 1 small elevator, which is always busy with staff and materials. There seems to be a laundry on one of the floors and you can see big laundry bags being moved in elevator. This was quite unleasant and made you feel that you are staying in a commercial building. Our building had no reception so human touch was missing.

Nice clean rooms that are reasonably priced. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. They do not "nickel and dime you" when you request a Capuchino or expresso. Elisa at breakfast was always pleasant and cheerful.

Rooms are on the small size but adequate. The room was clean and comfortable for the amount of time that we actually spent in the room. We walked to all tourist attractions (except the Vatican), although some might find it a little bit far. I felt that I did get good value for the price that I paid.

We were overall very pleased with our stay at Mascagni Luxury Rooms. The location is walking distance to most touristy places yet away from the masses. The metro station was also very near. The historical palace where the hotel and this new part are situated is also very impressive. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a pleasure to use. We loved the interior design of this new part of the hotel. The breakfast with a big selection of salty and sweet food topped with excellent coffee and very friendly service personnel was the best breakfast of our Italy trip. We would highly recommend a stay here for a trip to Rome.

One can hear some noise from neighboring rooms since it is an old historic building.

Our double room was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfy indeed! The staff were very helpful, especially Elisa (sorry if spelt wrong) was a fantastic help to my daughter. The breakfast room was nice and we had everything we needed to eat. A metro station was just around the corner and we felt very safe walking around. The sights we wanted to see were mostly within walking distance.

Our part of the hotel was 2 doors down from the main reception which was a little odd but we did have someone on reception during the day. There was road works going on outside which was a shame but the windows were pretty good at keeping the noise out.

Very good and practical location if you arrive to Rome by train from airport. Metro and other public transport is just 2 min away. Walking distance to old city. Breakfast is very nice especially if you stay in Luxury part of the hotel. Although there were no Prosecco on Sunday morning...

A bit strange if you stay in the Luxury part of the hotel as you are loosing the sense of staying in the Hotel. The room needs a little bit of painting and may by 1-2 paintings in order to be called Luxury.

Francesca and Sonia provided excellent customer service. Stunning spacious clean rooms, great view and bathroom amenities. Mini fridge and coffee facilities provided in the room. There are lifts. Loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. The breakfast is amazing with so many options! Great service from the lady there also. Location was about an hour walk to the Vatican and all the popular attractions but there’s public transport at the door. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Location of the hotel is excellent, nearby the central train station and very close to metro station which provides a very helpful transpiration planning. Also 1-2 main sights at a decent waling distance. Generally very good location. Very clean rooms and decent breakfast with an Italian flavour, Staff polite, helpful and professional. Quite also even if it's in a central road. I would stay again in a future visit.

Great location right in the heart if the city, next to the metro station and walking distance to all the attractions. Very clean.

The rooms are nicely designed, but small details do not mirror a 4 star experience - no bathrobe, no glasses for water or cups for coffee, just a couple of single use paper cups. Ancient and sticky TV remote that didn't work properly. Poor quality breakfast ingredients. Although the hotel is enrolled in an online booking system, they still require the clients to call the reception and confirm their reservation.

The property location is perfect all location and tourist area are walkable from the hotel. Our plane arrived very early around 7 am in the morning and came to the hotel at 8:30 am they gave us an early check in and prepared our room in less than 45 min which I would like thank them for. The room are very pretty and modern they are not big but not too small but perfect size for us as a couple.

Location was almost perfect, everywhere close. Very good connection with most of the famous places and attractions in city. Room was modern, clean and generally very nice. Breakfast was okay, although they didn't know how to make an omelette and they made a pancake with vegetables and cheese in it, but they tried their best. The coffee was very good (made for order).

The room was located close to the busy street, so there were quite noisy. Eggs on breakfast was floating, looking like under-cooked. Quite uncomfortable is, that all the time when we return at the evening (after 8 PM) we need to ring and asked to be allowed into the building. I know, that this is for safety reason, but it should be solved in different way.
