Literally everything .. the ambience a, the design , the atmosphere was perfect .. i loved the wonderful staff and the service was exceptional.. the housekeeping were so kind and helpful. They even organized or phone chargers. Many thanks for the wonderful stay and i will definitely come back to rome edition it will be my number 1 choice

It was nice to dine in the green garden with warming fires. But, the food we ordered was not warm when it arrived to the table. Service slow.

The section where our room was didn’t seem like the decoration had been finalised. The hallway leading up to the room still didn’t seem finished as well as by the elevator

Too many non guests in areas like, lobby, restaurants, and punch bar. Way too crowded, service in punch room was not the best, they wanted to charged me two booking even though I emailed I week before actually wondering that there was an error with the reservation which one was wade in booking and other at the Marriot website; I. The email they say it’s all okay, “it only shows one room” it when I got there they say “ oh there’s two reservations, and the manager said he/she can’t cancel, they will have to ESCALATE IT, such poor service. Last time ever staying at an EDITON/MARRIOTT

Rooms are small and the housekeeping service was bad. The location is also not very central. There are better hotel options in Rome.
