Very comfortable and clean. Ready supply of water and juice and delightful cakes. Rooms made up daily and towels changed. Lots of great eateries nearby. Temperature control good. About 4 other rooms, other guests quiet and respectful. Georgio a blessing.

Indicated facility- washing machine and tumble dryer, my main reason for choosing this place, clearly didn’t exist (no response when messaged) Laundry possible at additional cost. Quite traffic noisy , disturbing in the mornings. Wi-fi not good in the room. No decaff coffee, it’s an easy fix.

The apartment is located on Sicilia street, so it reminded us of Sicily a bit. It is located in a large house on the second floor. The apartment has several rooms and a shared kitchen. Although we always had our neighbors, they were almost inaudible, probably because of the soundproof walls. Though the place was very quiet. The rooms are very nice and stylishly furnished. We found everything we needed in them and the kitchen. We lived very comfortably and peacefully. We send special thanks to our fantastic, attentive, and caring hosts and best wishes to Jorge! Rooms were comfortable, and very clean. Regular housekeeping was great! The housekeeping staff were lovely to us when we checked in. They also provide a clothes washing service, and our clothes were taken and returned the next day washed and folded - which was a great change from having to go to laundromats during the rest of our trip.

We did book so we could cook and save money, but unfortunately the electric stove top was severely cracked. Wouldn’t be the end of the world, but that wasn’t communicated to us prior to check in. There is still a small fridge, a microwave and a kettle so luckily we had only bought pasta at that point to make (which was a challenge but doable!) Just be aware before you do any groceries if it hasn’t been fixed by your stay. Also, there seemed to be a lot of food in the kitchen for breakfasts (bread, cakes, spreads and yogurts) - but it was behind shutters which were never opened during our stay so we weren’t sure if we could eat any, considering there was no option to add breakfast on our booking when we booked.

Entry process was not real clear. The sign in the bathroom said don’t put any toilet paper in the toilet, which we thought was strange. As it turns out that was not actually what they meant. Also there was a pump in our bathroom that was alarming at first, would have been nice to have a warning about that.

Excellent location with the best host Georgio. Breakfast was great with freshly cut fruits, cereals, bread, pastries, juices, coffee and even lactose or plant-based milk. It was also so convenient to be able to wash and dry our clothes during the stay.

I liked everything except that their toilet is an electric flush toilet which means you are not able to flush anything through the toilet. That was a little unusual for us.

Very easy, hassle-free late independent check-in (around 22:00) very valuable since the plane arrived late. The location is good, close to the metro and all attractions. There is also nice breakfast (yogurt, cereal, cakes, toaste, fruits ), delicious coffee, and a variety of teas.

The toilet flush button was broken, and the shower cap was also broken. Internet didn't work sometimes, but after we told the administrator, it was fixed .

Wonderful experience. The guest house is exceptionally clean, with the rooms being cleaned every day. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests.The room itself was lovely, well-appointed, and comfortable Overall, everything was very nice, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and spotless place to stay.

Great location, in walking distance from Roma Termini main station. With many restaurants around. Very well equipped room, free coffee, water, juice and cakes available all day. Alessandro and Georgio were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, quiet air condition.

The toilet lid and window shades need some mending. But I don't consider it important.

It’s clean and convenient. They have 3 coffee machines and free juices in the fridge. Every day there’re cleaning services so the room remains clean and tidy. The location is 20mins walk from the main attractions and they got stores around so it’s convenient.

Not much. The Wi-Fi in the rear room is very bad, so I didn’t use it. The key to the room fits all other rooms which can make us anxious. The curtain is light so we woke up naturally at 6 all the time.

By far the best stay of my Europe trip. Everyone is very friendly, accommodative and hospitable. We even get free snacks, coffee, juices, water and breakfast. The owner is very helpful and very kind. The location is safe and perfect too for families as well. Good neighborhood with great restaurants and gelato.
