Exceptionally organized check in process late in the evening,all went super easy. Staff is super polite and willing to provide any help and additional info. Great accomodation, nice and comfy room for a short stay in eternal city. Breakfast is served daily with fresh pastry and fresh coffee. Hot water in shower is there all day, refreshing after day in the streets of the city.

The man who checked us in was friendly and humorous. He gave us lots of great information about where to go and what to do. The room was good and the breakfast was simple but fine. A little further out but still a good, walkable location.

Once we went in the front door we didn’t know where to go. I wasn’t made aware the “hotel” part of the building was on the fourth floor. Luckily there was someone walking through that knew. The toilet was tucked beside and facing the sink. It was a bit of an awkward squeeze to sit on it! There was no one around for check out and I don’t know how to summon someone so we just left the key on the desk as we were in a hurry.

Room for 3 of us, nice size. The staff is very kind. Cleaning was done every day. Breakfast was free. The hotel's position is excellent, within walking distance from the center (although we used buses a lot as the bus station was like 3 minute's walk). The neighborhood is very safe, even at night.

Sometimes you can feel some strange odor in the entire building and in the room (probably from the sewerage). We asked if the receptionist could order a taxi to take us back from the hotel to the airport, and the receptionist offered to use their hotel driver. He should have picked us up in front of the hotel but never showed up. We waited for 20 minutes and then had to use different means of transport, which wasn't easy as it was 5 am in the morning. Not sure who to blame here, the hotel or the driver, but as we managed to get to the airport on time, all went well, so I don't want to spoil the impression by giving them a lower star.

Exceptionally nice people. Easy late check in. Pretty good location for walking around the city, and plenty of restaurants and stuff around. Good breakfast. I would stay again.

Room is on the smaller side, but thats expected for a budget hotel in downtown Rome.

The host sent instructions on how to get into our room prior to our arrival at 6 pm. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and modern, and the shower was of good size. The breakfast was very good apart from the hot chocolate, which was obviously running low and was watery, but I had the choice of teas and juices instead. My partner had a coffee, and she said it was good. The location is only about 10 minutes to the main terminal for trains and there are lots of bus stops very close. The hotel is also within waking distance to the heart of Rome. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area as well as small supermarkets if you need anything. The host was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place to stay.

There is nothing I did not like.

Everything was awesome! I loved the scent in the room and the view from the window, also loved that they gave us 4 pillows and breakfast was included. Extremely tasty breakfast and wonderful stuff. They let us in automatically and we didn’t have to wait for anyone to check us in. The location was quiet and we slept with the window opened at night. Near the hotel you’ll find some excellent and delicious places to eat, have a nice walk before sleep and I definitely recommend this hotel, will come there again. Especially after the receptionist said the hotel will be renovated in 2/3 weeks, they already have new beds.

The lift didn’t work sometimes, I don’t know what’s the problem with it but it’s not about the hotel, it’s about the house Be ready to take your luggage with you on the third floor

the attention of its employees, especially William and Ximena, both of them were concerned about helping us with the maps of the city. I was surprised because breakfast was included in the price of my reservation, I didn't expect it. I really liked the silk pillows in the room. The hotel is located in a very safe residential area. William is a very attentive person. The hotel is very well located, with train and bus stations nearby, walking to the center is approximately 30 minutes

I would like the walking distance to the center to be less

William is super nice & accommodating. He even offered us free breakfast for an extra day…the morning we arrived.

The listing said “superb breakfast” which is part of the reason I booked here. I honestly wouldn’t call it great. There were cold cuts & cheese & pre-packaged croissants as well as yogurt, juice and milk. So if you don’t care too much about quality or stuff being fresh, maybe it’s great for you. But we opted to go to a nearby cafe for breakfast instead. Also, the perfume they spray in the room is way too strong. We left the window open the whole day while we explored Rome but it was still super strong when we got back.

Towels were changed, the floor wasn’t clean, staff really nice, gave us a lot of tips for great locations, basic breakfast, yummy, fruits. Toiletries and old but good hairdryer in the room. Walls partially painted, renovation wasn’t completed. Very quite aircon, great pillows. The hotel is very easy to find, 18 min walking to the train station. The room door needs to be fixed, we were not feeling safe during the night, one opened while it was locked.

Good location. Close proximity to attractions. Nice to have access to an elevator. Light Breakfast included in room was good. Good communication available for our check in.

1)The safe in the room did not work. Staff made aware but it was not repaired or replaced during our stay. 2)The long black hairs on the floor (which did not belong to us) was a bit of a turn off.
