The location for us could not have been better as we were staying in Rome for almost a week following a few days in Umbria so arrived back into Rome via train. It was ideal for exploring nearby museums, open spaces eg particularly the Borghesi gallery and the archeological museum opposite Termini Station and some wonderful restaurants. It has a very friendly cafe adjascent to the property where you can have coffee/breakfast. Great start to your day! Thank you! The property itself was well maintained (felt looked after) and clean. A clear plan for cleaning bathroom (great shower) and bed making daily which does not happen post-pandemic always unless you are staying somewhere for a few days. The staff we met from arrival onwards were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. ABSOLUTELY thrilled we stayed there and it seemed to set the tone for a relaxed stay although busy enjoying this wonderful city.....whilst celebrating a significant birthday while there. Thank you too for the birthday wishes from the staff who noticed my cards and birthday banner. (hubby brought them)...very kind and just as we were leaving we met a lovely couple... the owners, who can be very proud of their staff and property who we noted were available and ready to answer any queries if needed. Clear explanations and information definitely available from property keys onwards to looking after luggage on day of departure if going out and about for a while. THANK YOU! again and WELL DONE! I especially liked the location of the apartment – very central with public transportation nearby, and surrounded by excellent restaurants, many of which were even better than those in the city center. The service was fantastic – the lady at the reception was very friendly, attentive, and responsive to our requests. I was also pleasantly surprised by the apartment’s amenities. Although the listing mentioned that there were no towels or hairdryer, both were provided to us. This was very practical, especially when traveling and trying to save space in the suitcase. If towels and a hairdryer become a standard part of the amenities, that would be absolutely perfect.

The only downside was the air conditioning. It did cool the room slightly, but it still felt uncomfortably hot. We were not able to adjust the settings ourselves, so perhaps it was restricted – or possibly not working properly. The display said it could cool down to 23°C, but the temperature never seemed to change.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days with a friend. Our flight was delayed, so we had a very late check-in at midnight. The owner kindly waited for us, and for €20 we were able to check in remotely without any issues. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. During our stay, towels and bed linen were also changed once. The location is great – close to the main sights but still in a quiet area. As a pleasant surprise, our room was even upgraded. We would be happy to come back here again!

Our stay at this place exceeded our expectations! It's located in a cute quiet neighborhood with an amazing position that allows you go sightseeing in the city center by foot. Place is very clean, rooms are cleaned every day (bed fitting and taking out the trash) and sheets and towels are changed every two days. Friendly and helpful staff and overall cleanliness of the place made our stay as pleasant as it can be. Host was very approachable and made sure to take care of every inquiry we had. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Speaking of exploring, the hotel's location is very convenient, as it's within walking distance to the city center. This made it easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel to those looking for comfortable accommodations close to the heart of the city.

Domus Romantica was a fantastic find—clean, cozy, and perfectly located near Termini and public transport. The room was comfortable and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a day in Rome. Everything was PERFECT,owner is always available on the phone,order us taxi to airport,the girl who meet us in front apartmant is so sweet and nice and kind ,explain us everything,locations is PERFECT,we walked mostly to center.. Apartmant is in safe area,there is no noise around,beds are super comfortable,and everything was so clean.. Best recomandation from Duje &Antonia💓😀🥳

Room was excellent and great bathroom - very clean -- both the 2 managers were very nice and helpful. -- was within walking distance of central Termini railway station and not too touristy and had good local trattorias and cafes close by.

After original booking from home we got a message to upgrade to a room including towels and soap !! we replied complaining -- when we arrived we were upgraded to a lovely room INCLUDING towels and soap for no extra money.

The building is one of those old, beautiful Roman buildings with beautiful windows and very spacious rooms. It is not the typical hotel, but the accommodation makes you feel like home. The room was very clean and very very quiet. Even though the street is noisy, the windows stopped the sound, and the room was additionally soundproof. The staff was very friendly and helped us with some guides for the tourist attractions nearby. The girls cleaned the room every day and changed the sheets and towels very often which was very nice. There was an AC which is definitely a + in the middle of the hot summer. We loved the place. There were a lot of bus stops at very close distance, you only need to know which number you need.

The only thing i could complain was the WiFi. The connection was good in the night, but during the day it was wery weak.

We have been extremely happy and satisfied to have stayed at Domus RomAntica for three lovely days in Rome. The room was very spacious and meticulously clean! The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful with anything a guest might need and also with providing information. Great communication with the staff meant that we were always sure that whatever we needed would be sorted out. The additional option of the storage luggage service left us feeling very happy and safe about enjoying one more day of walking in the city without worrying about having our suitcases with us. I would recommend to anyone who wants a lovely time at this beautiful city!!! Extremely satisfied and would definitely choose it again when I am back in Rome!! 🤩🤩
