The hotel manager went above and beyond for our needs! The location was so central & walking distance to any location our sites we wanted to go! Aircon was great and needed comfy beds and decent bathroom, had safe and decent cupboard space was perfect for our travel needs and home base for our vacation! Recommending to all our friends!

Shower could of had abit more water pressure but not expecting too much in a 2000yr old city anyway

The location is out of the main tourist area, but not far. It's nice to get away from the crowds and experience local life. Great restaurants and markets nearby. Very welcoming and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early and overall felt very welcomed. There's a breakfast nook with coffee/tea and microwave for everyone to use. The room was made up daily and generally clean. The bed was comfortable. Buses just outside will get you anywhere you want to go.

The room could use a little refreshing, modernizing of the furnishings. The walls are thin and unfortunately you can hear all of the other guest's activities. Though everyone was considerate enough not to make noise after 23h. There is on going construction in the building and scaffolding outside the window. This wasn't an issue the first few nights luckily. Though on our last morning some of the workers knocked on the window several times at 8h00. It was unnerving, but not the hotel's fault. Ask for a room overlooking the street if this worries you.

The location was close to a metro stop and multiple bus stops which was great. The staff was friendly and VERY helpful and gave us a lot of tips of what to see in Rome and how to get there. Our room well appointed and very clean. It was on the 5th floor, but there was a small elevator. It was great for the very reasonable price.

There was air conditioning, but it took forever to cool the room in the blistering heat of late July (mid 90s Fahrenheit). I think it would have been fine if the air could have continued running while not in the room, but removing the key card when leaving turned it off.

The best thing about this place is the excellent management. Alex is incredibly professional, always present, assisting guests in various languages. The rooms are clean and the location central yet still away from the more crowded areas of Rome.

During the last nights of my stay, guests of the nearby rooms were smoking indoors. This made the atmosphere in my room suffocating and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Service was amazing! 10 points is too little! He was available for us 24 hours per day. Very helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast. They serve a breakfast in restaurant 20m from hotel. This is not a problem. Every day was the same. We didn't have a chance to choose something else. Service in this restaurant was horrible. They treated us like enemies. But for Italian people, they were friendly. They didn't even respond for our good morning.

The location is excellent, half an hour's walk from all the important sights of the city of Rome. Within a radius of 200m there are fantastic restaurants, gelateria, markets, and a bus station, from which buses go in all directions. The host Alex is extremely hospitable, kind, accommodating and always available for anything needed. The accommodation is extremely clean. The host Alex undoubtedly contributed to our pleasant and unforgettable stay in Rome. All recommendations.

Everything is outstanding and faultless.

Very friendly and forthcoming manager. For me very good location, not touristy, but I consider this an advantage - about 10 mins on foot to the nearest metro station, also there a good connection with the bus. Not very far from Termini either. There are plenty of places outside to eat and shop (you will find recommendation in the room). Kitchen was also available (I didn't use it). Ther is a lift, so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall IMO very good value for money.

The room was a bit small, but it didn't bother me too much (maybe I missed a small table or a desk, as I needed to work a little). A small fridge was available in the room but it didn't work well. I couldn't make the safe work either. Anyway, these were minor things, so I didn't even mention them to the manager.

The staff was very helpful, they cleaned the room every day and replaced towels during our 4 night stay, the location is very convenient as you can walk to the main attractions in Rome center

The guesthouse could do with some renovations and that's true for the entire building. Breakfast is served in a location nearby, one would prefer to be in the same location, but not a major issue

Alex the owner was great and very accommodating. Helpful whenever we needed anything Location was great and we could access downtown in just a few bus stops. Location was great near Faro Coffee Rinascente Dept store for aperativo, bars and restaurants very closeby.

There was a constant smell from the kitchen because garbage was uncovered.

Alex was a brilliant host, even gave us a complimentary wine for our honeymoon. Had an umbrella available when we had some unexpected rain. Room was very spacious, temperature perfect and very clean. All amenities were top notch. Location was great, approx. 30 min walk to all the main tourist attractions, or for those not able to walk there are two taxi stands and plenty of busses nearby. Groceries, restaurants, cafe and pharmacy all within 100m of apartment.
