The staying was really alright at Villa Borghese, we enjoyed everything from the cleanliness and friendliness of the hosts (Svetlana was so helpful and careful with all our requests and questions) to the fact that the bathroom was tidy and also the position was what we desired, especially that the Villa Borghese park was so close.

The only thing I can think of that I could say was not on point was some noise we could hear at night (I think it came from their boiler), it wasn't that loud but we could hear it, maybe for some light sleepers this could be an issue.

Very clean and new furnishings, decent sized space. Nice building and location, very safe neighbourhood. The in-room pod coffee is very handy. No contact check in was super easy and the hosts were very helpful.

Just a small thing - the doors are not very soundproofed so there is a lot of noise from the communal area if anyone is using it. But the other people there didn't stay up too late so it worked out okay.

My family & I enjoyed our stay. Our family room (2 x double beds) was clean & comfortable with air conditioning. There was also a fridge in the room, which was useful. It was ideal for our short break. Close enough for us to walk into the centre of Rome & see the sights. There was also a small kitchen area where you could make a drink.

It was a great one night stay in Rome for us to head to the airport the next morning. The instructions were very clear and it was nice to see staff to help us resolve payment and answer any questions. They also arranged for a driver to take us to the airport. They also had free pastries and coffee.

The shower would clog and not drain quickly. Other than that, the accommodations were great!

The communication was impeccable as we were given clear check in instructions, check out went easy and the lady was friendly with a beautiful smile. The room was cleaned every day. No complaints! Coffee, fruit and wrapped pastries were available.

The bed was ok when you first laid on it but as you slept it sunk in. The building was difficult to distinguish from outside. Once located easy to access.

Elena is by far a superb host, she gave us tips and places to visit. She's a great listener and always ready to help! Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. I recommend this place to all couples. A big thanks to her!

The location is excellent , all public transport options are near by. The property gives you a full Italian home feel. The owner and staff is very helpful and quick to response. They have excellent kitchenette and room. Their balcony gives you a feel you are a local in Rome.

Very kind staff. Great location, close enough to Termini station and with plenty of restaurants around.

A bit noisy, because of other customers, but the staff apologised and offer us a free access to the fridge. Not their fault.

The staff were super friendly. Our bed was comfortable. Nice shower pressure.

Someone manually locked the main door so we're unable to check in late with our key code. We recommend staff to put up a sign to let guests know to not lock the main door from the inside. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
