Weird that a 4Star hotel allows pets into the rooms. The dog in the room next to us kept barking and trying to break out of his room all night. The staff can do nothing about it. Otherwise a good hotel.

Quiet location, exceptional restaurants nearby. Helpfull staff.

Nothing i didnt like. Not much facilities. Maybe if you were on a lower floor there would be more road noise as others have mentioned, but on the 5th floor it was very quiet.

its an older hotel but the rooms are very spacious which is a true gem in harsh Rome. all in all the service and the staff and the facilities were great for that price range in the Villa Borgese area.

the wifi worked on these old codes that were on a piece of paper that you had to resubmit on your device every time. there must be an easier way (:

Nice Hotel in the north-east region of Rome. The rooms are large and the staff is very nice. Everything looks well clean. There are many nice restaurants nearby. Many electrical plugs are available. My room was quite quiet. The breakfast is nice enough.

The facilities look a little old, but every works well. It is not close to the city center, but the location was perfect for my needs.

It was right next to the horse arena IL Campo. And the room was good and clean. The staff was very accommodating!

The parking was a 15 min walk. The parking is not at the location. The city has free parking not the location. The last check in was a 7:30 in the evening. It is not a hotel, so the check-in is only till 7:30. Read the fine print.

the breakfast was not as good as expected. Very caotic, not Covid safe at all and no proper coffee service.

Good staff, helpful and attentive.Comfortable space of the room. Well-conditioned lobby with comfy sofas to rest upon. Friendly atmosphere of the hotel in general - everything was good and pleasant. Rooms were well-cleaned every day.

Pillows on the bed could have been of a better quality.

Overall very good. I did not eat or use any restaurants in the hotel but the rooms and bathrooms were very well maintained and serviced. Good location too.

The hotel is in a very central and convenient location. near the center of the city, public transportation nearby. The parking on the street is very limited, but the hotel has a parking garage, which is small, but still better than none. We had rented a small car, so space was always available. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic: many choices and food is replenished constantly.

The room was very small, with very little storage space, and we couldn't empty our suitcases, which were on the way. To have wifi we had to constantly enter a new code and a password, every time we got back to the hotel. There is only one elevator, and during the busiest hours and when the hotel is very full, the wait is very long and you need to be ready to take the stairs.

The location is just right. Walking distance to the city, so you don't have to pay for livingnin the center.

Breakfast buffet was okay, not great. A bit crowded at times. Nothing that would make me choose another hotel though.
