Everything was just perfect! The staff was very friendly and kind, handled all of our problems perfectly (our flight was cancelled the last second, so we arrived a few days later), also, they helped us with bus tickets. Although outside was almost unbearabely hot, the temperature in the room was pleasant (we did not have AC). Also, the room was tidy and clean, we found two small bottles of water in mini bar, also, there was a safe box in our room, which was a great surprise. Additionally, we could leave our key in a little safe box in the reception, so there was not any chance to miss the key. Also, the place is in great location: no high noices, bus stops were near.

One small detail: we did not see a trash bin in our room, however, there was one in bathroom, so it did not cause any problems, actually.

really good position of the hotel in order to visit all the objectives. really cool that you can self check in Staff really nice and they will help you with everything - 10/10 for both receptionists (amazing persons) Close to termini station (20 min) - safe walking, even at 3 A.M. Really clean inside the room

really noisy sometime from outside and also from inside from the other rooms when guests use the shower. But is not all the time and I think this is a common thing for all Rome buildings

The location was very good, the neighborhood was pretty and the hotel was 1 minute away from the bus stops so it was easy to get to any main attractions. The hotel itself was well kept and had a very cozy and romantic atmosphere, it was very clean and the personnel was very chatty and friendly and helpful (bonus points for the romanian receptionist ❤️). Everything was comfortable and the room had the bare minimum essentials and the cleaning was always up to speed. Loved it!

Nothing much, it was great!

Tucked in a side street, not far from bus stops and supermarkets, this is a nice little hotel. The staff was friendly - my adaptor wouldn't fit and the man on reception (I think his name was Sammy?) lent me one from his desk drawer. I didn't manage to try the breakfast as I had to be out early every day but it looked nice!

The bed was a bit soft for me, but better than many I've experienced. The main problem I had during my stay was the weather - incessant rain, cold, pretty miserable - and the hotel couldn't do anything about that! Oh, and a couple more electrical sockets would have been nice - tourists often have laptops and phones and cameras to charge up.

We stay only for 2 nights. We had delayed for the flight and Sami from reception he wait for us to come to make the check in. He was very kind and professional. The hotel is very clean and in a good area. Everything it’s close to the hotel. Our trip was exelent because of Sami. He will serve you a good coffe with a lot of love in the morning and for every problem you have he will help you with a big smile on his face. For sure we will visit Rome again and book a room in hotel Kent.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kent Hotel and were very happy with the service. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. We appreciate that the linens were changed every day. Breakfast, although it was always pretty much the same, was tasty, varied and at an acceptable price. We appreciate the helpful advice of the staff, especially Francesca and Sami (I hope I got the name right), whom we would like to thank in this way.

The only less pleasant aspect would be the fact that on the second day we had to change rooms.

As a single mum travelling with two teenage boys, I often have difficulty finding a room with three single beds,but this room had three beds and felt very spacious and clean. I booked cheap flights that meant I would arrive at 2am, but for a small fee, I was able to arrange self check-in which was very easy. Unfortunately, I was pick-pocketed on the busy metro in Rome and I only realised as we were going back to the hotel. When we got there, I told Samy at reception and he was exceptionally kind and helpful. As all my money and my debit card had been stolen, I didn't know how I was going to pay for food that night and the next day before going home, but Samy, without hesitation, whipped out 50€ and said I could borrow it to pay for food. I phoned my bank to report the stolen card and ask for advice, it turned out that I would still be able to use Google Pay, despite cancelling the card. I returned the 50€ to Samy, but hé was still concerned that I wouldn't be able to use my phone to purchase food the next day so he insisted that we have a complimentary breakfast. All the staff here are exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful and I would definitely use Hotel Kent again.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Coffee they served for breakfast was excellent 👌Fairly good location, it's 30-45min walk from sightseeing attractions, however you can catch a bus from the bus stop which is located just round the corner from the hotel. Also the street is quiet but area is full of nice restaurants and bars which are much cheaper than in the central Rome.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable one, but after exploring city all day and returning to hotel totally knackered we didn't have problems with sleep anyway 🙂

Great value in comparison to the price. The room is tiny, but we did not mind it. It's cleaned every day and the bed is very comfortable. The ventilation was on all the time providing fresh air during hot October in Rome. The neighborhood is lively with many eating options in a nearby, without crowd made by tourists. Just a regular Italian vibe. We definitely recommend Kent hotel and we will be back!

Breakfast is not worthy its price. There are many bakeries and cafes in a nearby where you can eat better for the same amount of money.
