Check in was easy and the hosts were really responsive. Room was spacious and included a desk. Towels and basic amenities provided and the wifi was reliable. There was a little communal kitchenette with an assortment of teas and coffee. Not many rooms, it felt safe as a solo female traveller.

Carrying my bag up the stairs because there wasn't lift access. It's only two floors so if you're stronger than me it won't be an issue.

Lovely apartment and access to the shared kitchen. Spacious, bright, clean and well equipped. Cafeteria on the ground floor. Good location - 2km to the city centre and good connection via bus and tram. Safe, green and very metropilitan.

No access to the lift. Very noisy when window open (absolutely impossible to sleep with open window). Aircon could not be adjusted. Broken shower cabin.

Location was perfect for our stay in Roma. The room was clean and fitted our needs for 4 people. The kitchen with fridge was helpful for a coffee/tea in the morning. A bakery is located right beside to get some food for breakfast.

It would be nice if there was a ceiling fan, while the klima works well it is not something we like to run at night, but a ceiling fan keeps the room cool without klima

The location is great, in a not super touristy neighborhood, which I appreciated. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Check in was a breeze. The room was large, bright and clean. The windows blocked the outside noise and the shades made the room really dark, perfect for a good night sleep. There's a kitchen where you can make yourself a hot drink or store food in the fridge. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely book again if I'm ever lucky to go to Rome again.

The mattress was a little soft but frankly, after a day of walking around Rome for 16 hours, I fell asleep right away.

The location is perfect. There are a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood. You can reach to Termini in 15 min by bus and the popular attractions you can even walk or you can take the bus. Bus ticket is only €1,5. We really liked the neighbourhoud, it' s quiet and safe. The room was clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend it👍

Located in a lively area the apartment is surprisingly peaceful and quiet, and very well-maintained. Even in January without the crowds Rome was full of contradictions - stunning and ugly, satisfying and frustrating, incredible and awful, so it was highly beneficial to have a safe refuge where to rest and recharge before starting it all over again the next morning. And communication with the staff was painless, efficient and super pleasant.

There was nothing that I needed that wasn't already there.

The location is pretty good, there are lots of public transport options around. Also lots of cafes and a supermarket just around the corner, makes it convenient for breakfast or dining options. The apartment was super clean, and the self check-in process was smooth.

The room was very clean and big enough. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was wide. There is a shared place with a fridge and everything needed in the kitchen.

The place is located on the street were there is a lot of traffic and it was very noisy while sleeping. Other rooms were cleaned early in the morning and this woke us up several mornings.

The property is located on a bustling street, yet still pretty quiet. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is very close to public transportation and a lot of good restaurants as well. The staff were very nice and responsive as well.

The bathroom was a bit of a letdown. The lighting is not so great and the shower is pretty small. The elevator wasn't working as well.

Good location, apartment in good state, good beds, things work well. Easy check-in. Although we did not meet anyone, the communication was clear, fast and friendly. Good clean towels. Sound proof windows; no traffic noise when closed.

Apartment on the street side, if windows open to air the room, very noisy. Thin walls to other apartment (could follow the news program on TV, next door). Shower door needs a repair, but still works.
