Very cozy apartment 15 minutes walk from Termini, but far enough from it to be safe. Villa Borghese and Villa Torlonia are nearby, the historic center of Rome and all the sights are about half an hour on foot. The apartment has a small shared kitchen where you can prepare coffee or have some cookies and snacks. The rooms are cleaned daily. The owner, Paolo, was very hospitable and was in touch with me on Whatsapp with all questions

The rooms are not very large, as it seemed from the photos at first, but it's ok to stay for a few days.

This is a nice room in the city center. Everything was fine.

Great location with a lot of different bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Room is clean and tidy, with everything you need for your stay. Host Paolo is super nice and responsive. Nice little kitchenette with a dining area is available at the property with small bites options available to have with your morning coffee or tea, also available in the kitchenette. All in all - great value for money, I highly recommend!

Cool area away from the touristy parts of Rome. Nice to have a kitchen and refrigerator. Owner was very responsive when we messaged with questions.

The WiFi wasn’t available in the room so we had to sit in the kitchen to get service. Also the hot water had been used up by the other guests and had run out 2 of the 3 mornings. And unfortunately the pillows are awful - super lumpy. 😢

It‘s located in a beautiful house with a great location, just a few minutes away from Termini with the bus. The room was cozy, cool, and really clean. The instructions from the owner were clear about how to get the keys, find the way, etc. He also replied very quick.:)

Paolo was of great help, his instructions for check in were 10/10 fabulous! Nice and tidy room. We loved the location, it was a friendly and what seemed to be a local sort of neighbourhood with great restaurants etc. 10 minute walk to the metro was great.

The location was great and very close to the center, bus station and supermarkets. The room was cleaned everyday and kitchen had everything we needed.

The tiles in the shower cabin were a little dirty, nothing to complain about

We enjoyed this place a lot! The host explained in details how we must enter the guesthouse. Everything in the room was in good condition so we're satisfied with the comfort of the place.

Like: - modern room - close to coffee shops - easy check in Dislike: - if someone wakes up at 6 AM and makes a coffee, the sound from the common space made by the coffee machine wakes you up

Very clean and tidy. Refrigerator in kitchen and in the room. Coffee machine and a possibility to cook water and heat food in the microwave Owen.

I need a flat pillow, had difficulties with the pillow, otherwise it was very good
