The accommodation was perfect. It was very clean, well equipped with hairdryer, small snack bar, fridge, AC and kettle. Accommodation was located 3 minutes away by walk from the bus stop so it was really easy to get to all the sights. And the breakfast bar saved us lots of money. The food and drinks were delicious and for free. Price for this room was very reasonable.

There is however one small detail I didn’t like. We occupied this room during february so at night it was cold outside. The central heating was only working from 18:00 to 22:00 after that you had to use AC on heating setting. For me it’s a problem to have AC running for a long time because of dry air. It’s not good for my health. So it was a bit cold during the nights and mornings.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to reach the property and the staff was very helpful. At the reception we received all the information we needed and the map provided was really helpful for getting around by public transportation. There was an air conditioning in the room. The breakfast was available all day, the coffee was tasty and fresh! The bed was comfortable, nice view from the balcony!

The WiFi signal was weak, we couldn’t use it inside the room. I would suggest to fix this, because we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and wish to come back again!

Great location if you want to be in a more authentic and less touristy area of the city, yet walkable to the city and close to public transport. The room was spacious and comfortable and we liked that there was a communal kitchen where food was available 24/7. The guy on reception was really friendly and gave an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant.

Reception is actually in Portapia Hotel, which is another building in the same street. This was a little confusing.

This is in a great area - lots of beautiful buildings, cafes and shops and it felt very safe. We walked to many of the landmarks and it was around 20 mins walk from Termini station . To have the breakfast items such as cake ,cereal and coffee etc available at all times was wonderful and greatly appreciated.

We had a few problems initially with settling in such as finding the entrance, wifi etc but our great host Antonio fixed them very quickly .

Location was very good, checkin and stuff was realy helpful. We had a problem with our rooms door and foreman came just in a few minutes to fix it. Everything matched as you can see in the pisctures.

The whole floor is with tiles and it was pretty cold as we wen in January Also wasn't very clean. But I guess if you go in the summer tiles on the floor feels nice. Though in winter season I could recommend some small mat near the bed.

Location is good if a little hard to find but about half hour walk from all main attractions.

If a map of the city centre of Rome could be scanned and e mailed before arriving, it would make getting there much easier. It is about 20 minutes on foot from the main train station but we took a bus and there are no indicators to which stop you are at and they only stop when asked so we went about a mile past the one we needed!

The apartment was perfect, we had everything we needed. The thing that we liked a lot is the fact that the property had open kitchen 24/7, so you can get water, juice, coffee, mini croissants with some marmalade all the time, plus there was a pie all the time, so yeah, it was very good. If we ever come back to Rome, this is the place where we will stay again.

Awesome experience!! I couldn't leave out Mrs. Mesi who made our hospitality and stay unforgettable!! She decorated the place so well but also took care of the rooms in detail. She welcomed us with a big smile and was willing to help us with any information we asked for! The rooms are in perfect locations, 5 minutes from the bus stop that takes you everywhere

The location is excellent, near restaurants and bars. The amazing hostess welcomed us with a smile and the highest level of service, explained the area and was very generous and nice. The place was really clean with a great smell, spacious and nice, with a breakfast buffet and snacks and coffee and other sweet things.

Spotless. 24 hr "breakfast" area and pantry a nice touch. AC super. Location great...neighborhood market, restaurants and bars. Easy, speedy, and cheap accessibility to city centre via transit. Staff is very friendly albeit a casual response time.

Arrangements for airport shuttle could have been better managed. Two properties around corner from each other but directions not clear as to which one was ours; took a while to figure it out. Small problem with room safe took 2 days to repair. Shower door could use a small repair and need better curtains to darken room. A little pricey, but that's expected; it's Rome!
