I really liked the location, it wasn't right in the middle of all the busy places which is something we preferred. I loved the balcony that we had in our room it was nice to sit out and play cards with a little drink on the warm evenings. The bed was very comfy and the room and bathroom was lovely and clean. The staff were so so lovely and helpful and really went out there way when I couldn't get a cup of tea in the cafes around Rome and when I came back one evening they kindly made me a cup of tea and made my husband a coffee for us to take to our room. This isn't something that was available it was only available in the mornings at breakfast so we appreciated this so much and they then did this for us for a further 3 evening for us.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. But I do think the options at breakfast could improve so that there is more options available. I think for a short stay it would have been fine but we stayed for a week and I felt we could have done with a bit more variety. I also felt it was a shame that they shut off the outdoor dinning area as this would be nice if it was to stay open so that guests can sit out there in the evening's.

hotel was friendly and simple but very pretty and quiet. being a little out of the centre was actually good - felt safer and more relaxed and requesting a cab at the desk was swift and they would arrive in minutes.

Breakfast could have been more varied but was still tasty. nice outside area to sit and eat in.

The staff was exceptional, the room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious! We received amazing service from Mario, Franco, and Diego. They took a real interest in helping us locate our bags that American Airlines lost. They were super helpful and accommodating. We will not hesitate to come back!

Rooms arranged around a courtyard garden. Excellent breakfast available either indoors or on the terrace. Easy buses into Rome centre. Good variety of restaurants nearby

Air conditioning didn't get cool.

It's a cute hotel, nice staff and decent breakfast. It was raining so I didn't experience the terace. It must be nice in spring/summer.

The interior of the room could have some more colors (everything was brown). Rooms have lovely old doors but you can hear everything that goes in the hallway.

This hotel is in a very good location and not far from the subway and local buses. Our room on the top floor was excellent and we had a lovely terrace we could sit and relax on after a long days sightseeing. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels in the bathroom and had a very large comfy bed and although our room faced the busy main road we were not disturbed in the least by traffic. The continental buffet breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and the staff on reception were most kind offering advice on places to eat etc. we would definitely stay at this hotel again as it has such a friendly and informal atmosphere.

The room was very spacious which is something you don't find often with hotels in Rome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Could have done with a bar, even if this is only bottled items staffed by reception. Bus services to its location were sketchy, highly recommend using the Uber bikes/scooters.

staff was very considerate and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they looked very nice. the breakfast was also very good and had many great options. I would definitely recommend this hotel! also the location was not far from the metro.

the old lady who did buffet breakfast was very grumpy and obviously did not like the group of 9 people ( us)
