The bed is comfortable. The communication with the owner is very clear. The hotel is very well communicated with the center by metro or bus. The check in and out is very flexible.

The bathroom could be improved.

This was a very nice hotel and well placed for a visit to Rome. The staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything. Excellent connections to the metro system which takes you back to Roma Termini in about 5 minutes, from Termini you can change to another metro line to get within walking distance to most attractions in Rome. There is also a tram stop nearby which is helpful if the metro can't take you where you want to go. There are bus stops nearby too but I would not recommend using the buses in Rome unless you are very experienced with them. (Termini also has bullet trains to Florence, Napoli and the train for fiumicino airport). There is a supermarket and pharmacy on the street across from the Hotel so you have everything you need within walking distance. The neighbourhood was quiet while we were there so even coming back late at night on the short walk from the metro station we always felt safe in the area. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels if desired. The beds were very comfy. The staff allowed us to store luggage before check in and after check out. I think for the price point you can't go wrong with this hotel.

Room with terrace was amazing. Quite, with amazing view to the garden and magnolia tree. Very pleasant to sit in the evening watching parrots. No warries that breakfast is not included - there is good shop on the corner and small restaurant place nearby. We went with metro to the city center to eat - 15 minutes of travel. Metro is very good located. Host is very welcoming and friendly, they detailed explained all our questions.

It was small surprise city tourist tax is 6 eur/pers/day - please keep it in mind. Surely this is not facility issue. Just tak e a note tax is not included.

We really loved the huge balcony attached to our room which was a perfect place to eat and hang out as it had a table and four chairs setup. If you are a couple and have the ability to request a room, request for room 104 to get the balcony. The elevator is large and can fit three people and three large suitcases or six people at a time. The staff are friendly and will explain the rules as you check in and will arrange tours and call taxis for you.

The breakfast area is currently under renovation and was not serving breakfast during our stay. This was advertised in the posting so we weren't expecting breakfast but we look forward to the renovations being done.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room is large. Air conditioning is great which is really helpful as we stayed in the hotel in the summer. We were well-informed about the codes of the gate, main door, and our hotel room. The staff who attended to us is very organised. The hotel has its unique charm and character. Free luggage storage is a big plus too.

Location is not in the center of Rome but metro is nearby, and you can always grab an Uber.

Awesome staff. My flight was delayed and it was next to impossible to get a taxi at Fiumicino and arrive before 11 pm. Franco did explain how I will get inside and sent me video of entering code to enter and where my key will be located. I got there few minutes after 11 pm and he was still waiting for me and another guest. As a solo traveler I got a tiny room, but it was all I needed. Comfy bed.

Quite a noise from the cars passing by all night, but there is not much the hotel can do about it.

The staff was very helpful when we needed a late check-in and very detailed how to get in. Though it isn't close to main sites, it is very close to the metro, which got us everywhere! It was clean, relatively quiet, and I felt very safe. It was very economical!

It is very basic, but in Rome, we weren't there to stay in the room. They should take down signs and information about breakfast, there is none.

The hotel is a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station. On the way to the metro station there is a coffee bar where delicious coffee, sandwiches and pistachio croissants are served. The owners of the hotel are very nice and welcoming. The hotel is clean, there is hot water all the time and everything matches the description.

The easy to use the facility and the patience the owner has. He explained everything I needed I know.

They still did my room even though I put the sign of no service. Also the hotel is near a busy street and you hear the cars drive by all night. I know the hotel can’t do anything about that. But if you are a light sleeper, then This place is not for you.
