Great size for a couple staying in Rome for just a few days. Comfortable, clean, seems like a lot of thought was put into the property. Only place there’s room for improvement is the pillows on the bed could be a little more comfy. Overall, definitely recommend!

The room and location were very good.

We expected a better breakfast, since it was said it was included. However, there was an electric kettle, tea bags, and some toasts and jam. It is ok to be able to make a cup of tea but it can't be called breakfast.

Host is very nice, friendly and helpful, location is great, easy access to center, to sightseeing, room is small but comfy, equiped all basic necessities, beautiful and quiet park nearby, quiet and clean neighbourhood

Good location just 2 stops on metro from termini. Good size room and bathroom. We had a comfortable stay.

The host was very pleasent, polite and communicative. He gave us several useful tips about local dishes and places. The location was fine, close to metro and bus stations. The room was clean and pretty comfortable for 2 people.

We had 2 packed croassant and 2 packed cakes for breakfast with coffee and tea in total foe 3 days. Therefore, if you like having good breakfast in the morning, you should not count on it, but the rest was great. Good value for the price, i would recommend.

Simple but nice place - basically a studio flat in an apartment house rented out by the next door neighbour.

I wish there was an opportunity to choose not to have cleaning on a shorter stay. The cleaner came by 9.30 both mornings and asked when I would be leaving the flat. As I didn’t know when I would be leaving there was an awkward situation. I would have much preferred to have known in advance that the cleaning would be at 10 AM unless I chose not to have it.

Communication with owner was great, responding asap, being nice and helpful. Apartment looked cozy and comfortable, everything was fine and cleaned up.

Air conditioning should have bigger tank for water (to prevent from spilling out). Also forks, knives were a bit dirty and we expected more from breakfast but as a starter it was enough.
