I would like to highlight the exceptionally polite and attentive staff! Every call for assistance and any question I had was promptly addressed. I especially want to mention Momo, who immediately offered me a hot cup of tea on that chilly day when I checked in, and continued to do so whenever I needed it during my stay. I’d also like to thank Marwin and Neha! They were incredibly helpful on those terribly rainy days when I didn’t have my own umbrella. Neha, in particular, went out of her way, even sacrificing her own comfort. I regret that I couldn’t return her umbrella on time as I had a very important day, but I’m so grateful for her kindness! About the hotel: The area is quiet, the rooms are clean with fresh amenities, and the bed is large and comfortable. The room also has a work desk (which was important to me), a wardrobe, and a private bathroom. Overall, it was a great experience! I’m glad I chose this hotel.

My trip was one day long only, so I stayed there for only one night. The staff was really nice. My room was also bigger than I expected and had a huge TV. The view from my room wasn't anything special but I kinda liked it. Unfortunately I can't confirm that the walls are thin cause I'm a bit hard of hearing.

The bathroom smelled a bit. It also didn't have a door. So if you're staying with others that might be a problem. And I also feel that the shower, which I didn't need to use, could easily flood cause it was one with the rest of the bathroom. There wasn't any small walls to keep the water from falling out of the room. There was also a prospectus on the room that said that breakfast is included but when I asked if there's any they said that there wasn't. I guess they could have meant that there wasn't any left because I was late (I asked them at 9.30 and the prospectus said that it was served until 11am). Finally my booking said that I could check out any time I wanted the next day but when I asked they said I had to do it by 10am.

I liked the fact that the cleaning service was only on demand. I don’t like cleaners entering my room without me knowing. I liked the bed, it was comfortable and I also liked the helpful and kind staff that saved me the most silent room of the hotel from my wish.

The internet didn’t work! My only complaint. The room isn’t all neat and you can see signs of use but I prefer it that way instead of having unnecessarily new and flawless surfaces everywhere.

Staff were polite and friendly, made the check in quite easy. Room was clean and well kept and the bed was pretty comfortable. The TV was a bonus, but wifi would cut out every now and then. Location is decent, handy to use Lime bikes or scooters as there’s a bike path up the main road to Roma Termini Only real issue we found was the shower being attached to the toilet and sink very closely, meaning once you’ve showered the floor was wet when you needed the bathroom.

The hotel is really Good and close to the Metro station policlinico that connects easily to the city center, the hotel is really underrated. The reception provides free coffee 24\7. The rooms are big, clean, well maintained and air conditioned. The staff are really amazing and helpful. Marvin and Khadija have a good hospitality skills. Neha was my best one she helped in so many ways and provided me with so many valuable information. Thank you guys for the amazing stay and i will come back.

Stuff was great, very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, calm and quiet neighborhood, 2-3 min walk from metro Policlinico, 30-40 min walk from city center. Everyone told me that 2-3 star hotels in Rome are generally pretty poor quality, but it was much better then I expected.

Only thing is that there was smell from sewage system, but since hotel is located in residential building, I think its general problem of the building. And also, I wish they would change bath curtain for new guest.

Nice place, just 10 min walk away from metro (Policlinico). Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms itself were clean and comfortable (one thing is noise comes inside easily).

No markets nearby. Wifi was not working late at night. Bathrooms do not cabin like design so water is spilled everywherr

This is a new hotel that I liked alot.The bed was very comfortable and clean.The room had air conditioning and the bathroom was very modern and new and had a really good size bath towel aswell as a two hand towels, which I liked. The reception area is quite small and doubles up as the breakfast area which seemed a bit strange when I arrived,but it was fine and the breakfast was very good coffee and cappuccinos and continental breakfast with fresh Italian pastries aswell as fresh baguette and hard boiled eggs yogurts and toast and fresh fruit juice and fresh fruit selection. The owner and the staff were lovely and so friendly.I couldn't get a taxi and the receptionist couldn't either , I needed to get to an important appointment and we had been phoning for 45 mins with no answer which was getting me a bit stressed.The lovely owner offered to take me and dropped me off and I got to my appointment on time.He really went above and beyond to cater for his guests and was so calm and nice about it and I am immensely grateful. There is no water in the room but there is a fridge fully stocked with cold drinks in the reception area for you to purchase.A bran new hotel so a few hiccups but I would definatley book again.Bonus was the amazing Sardegnan restaurant just behind the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the carpet in my bedroom as it would have been nicer to have tiles.

There is absolutely no Wi-Fi in our room. We didn’t plan an Internet detox, so we had to use roaming to the maximum.
