Very loud, by a busy street and even closed windows let much noise through.beds and pillows very hard

We stayed at Best Western Hotel Globus for one night as a family of four. We had a quadruple room on the fifth floor with a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has stairs and two elevators for accessing the different floors. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. The nearest metro station is Policlinico, which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. This made it easy to get around the city. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle service, but we opted to take the train and metro instead. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace where you can buy refreshments and enjoy views of the city. We were only there for one night, but we could have easily stayed longer as the hotel was so comfortable and convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Best Western Hotel Globus and it met our needs well for a short visit to Rome.

Our room was spectacular all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Martina in the evening dinner was absolutely excellent. The views from the balcony are breathtaking, giving a view over the university area the hotel is in and looking out towards the mountain range all around Rome. The food was all extremely well presented and delicious. Me and my fiance both loved our stay and will definitely look to come back.

Cannot fault a single thing, it really exceeded all our expectations.

For a three star hotel, it's very good. Friendly employees, clean rooms, great breakfast. It's not too far away from the city centre, the metro station is close to the hotel and it takes about 5 min to get to the colosseum. There are grocery shops close to the hotel, restaurants and bars...

The only things that bothered me was non functional tv (it worked but there were no programmes) and non functional kettle. But ok, not a big deal.

Everything in the hotel was wonderful, the staff, the restaurant, the food. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of options to eat, not the typical American breakfast with eggs and toasts, here you can choose what you really want to eat. The room was quiet, comfortable enough and clean. The staff were attentive to explain us how to move in Rome and go to main touristic places.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the nearest subway station, you have to walk 4 blocks to get it there, so at nights you could feel not safe in those lonely and dark streets around the hotel after getting out the subway station, more taking into account that we traveled with children. Please be more realistic about this topic in the description of the hotel.

Hotel is in a convenient location, about 20 min on foot from central station (termini) - easy and safe route, although maybe a bit far if there is much luggage. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great - buffet with wide variety and plentiful. Good value - at least if you do not wait until the last minute to book.

Only complaint was that the pillows are hard and too high - gave me a sore neck.

Clean, large room, having a fridge, comfy bed, good breakfast, great coffee, relatively closed to metro and bus stations (500-600m), cold air conditioning during very hot days in Rome, having balcony (ideal for smokers)., nice staff.

Sometimes there's a sewer smell in bathroom, staff doing a lot of noise on hallways during cleaning, a bit expensive for the quality of services, no wall sockets on both side of the bed, old TV, old, small and slow elevator, housekeeping only in 3 days out of 7.

Since we wanted to be fairly close to Roma Termini, the hotel was in a good location for us, about a 3/4 mile walk from the station. We also liked that it was in a university area filled with students going to class. Also, the breakfasts were very good, with a good variety including scrambled eggs, many meat selections, cheeses, bread, fruit,yogurt, cereal and a variety of bakery selections that were very good.

We were supposed to have a balcony, but they gave us a room without one. When we told them that we were supposed to have one, they said they could change it the next day rather than right away. Then we discovered that we were getting no wifi in that room. At that point they changed us to a room with a balcony and wifi. The wifi in the new room was acceptable, but not very strong. I do wonder why they were not initially going to move us until the next day, but then when we said we had to have wifi, they were able to move us right away. However,while our initial check in was a bit stressful, once we were able to make the change, we had a nice stay.

Breakfast was very good. A lot of variety, coffee and juice was unlimited. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the bus stop and one ride to get to the Termini station. Wifi was very good and fast.The female receptionist was nice, beautiful and kind.

The elevator was very tiny. Our luggage can hardly fit in. The gentleman at the reception was not friendly and not helpful when we asked him for direction how to get to the Termini station.

It was very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful except one person of the night shift who was repeatedly rude or not talking/eager to offer help. The breakfast was nice with a decent variety and the staff again very friendly. We were there with 2 more families and their kids and we would gather after a tiring day of sightseeing in the room adjacent to the restaurant and relax with a glass of wine while the kids could enjoy playing with each other. The connection to the city center is not bad but not great either. Other reviewers mention the noise from the ambulances. Maybe because we were so tired at the end of each day I did not hear them not once!🙃 Bonus: 2 of our friends had their birthday and we wanted to arrange a birthday cake for them but did not know how to do it as we would arrive too late at night. The reception staff suggested they would order the cakes and arrange everything. They made all the arrangements with the pastry shop, gave us options, ordered and stored the cakes until we asked for them and all with a vary friendly way! Cudos!

The one person in the night shift. We had a stroller and there was no ramp to use so we had to lift the stroller up and down every time. Tiny lift which we had to wait some times for a few minutes as it would come with people inside and we had to wait again and again. The second lift was out of service.
