Great host, everything was clean, and the room was calm. The desk in the room is a bit larger than what one usually gets in hotels, so it is convenient for work. I found the pillows particularly comfortable. The bed is of good quality as well. The breakfast was very good, with a diverse choice, and served in a cosy and romantic atmosphere which sets the mood to visit the city.

The central heating was already turned off during my stay (middle of February, probably a city policy), so the only heating option is from the air conditioning which is less efficient. But the thermal insulation of the room is good, so I was not cold for very long.

This property was wonderful! The property provides a lovely terrace for you to enjoy a nice dinner or breakfast on. The breakfast they provide is very traditional Italian style with breads, spreads, yogurt, fruit, tea or coffee and is served with a smile. The place is a 2 minute walk to the metro so you can get just about anywhere from there. The neighborhood is a bit quieter than the surrounding area and is within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants, a supermarket, an English speaking doctor’s office and pharmacy. The ladies who work here are very helpful and easy to communicate with. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Our room was beautiful and very well equipped with a kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board in a separate annex, a comfortable bed, a seating area and a lovely terrace. The woman who greeted us was very friendly and we met the lovely owner, Kate, the following day at breakfast which was great. Good cornetti and coffee, bowls of fresh fruit, yoghurt, meats and cheese served in a stunning room, with balconies off both sides which would be lovely in warm weather. The property is a few minutes walk from restaurants and a supermarket and Policlinico Metro is just across the road. We were able to walk from Termini station which took around 15-20 minutes.

We had the most fantastic stay in our luxury double bed room with a balcony. The room was spacious, clean and modern with an excellent wi-fi connection. The hotel has excellent transport links with a nearby metro (Policlinico) and lots of buses that service the city. The area is quiet without lots of tourists. The manager Kate was extremely helpful and efficient. She provided us with a lovely breakfast every morning and also helped book a taxi for our return to the airport at the end of our holiday. We will go back again!

First, the location was excellent. It is located very near from the station Policlinico, which is only two stops from Termini station. Policlinico is a safe area that I could feel safe even at night. By bus, I could access to the main sightseeing areas without transfer. Second, the hotel was excellent. The antique elevator was just enough to be excited and feel the italian elegance. I also liked the breakfast area at terrace and the lounge. The room was very clean and air conditioning was good. Third, the service was excellent. The host gave me clear instructions to enter the room so that I didn’t have to worry about even when the reception is closed.

The staff was exceptionally polite and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable, spacious enough for 3 people. Convenient location in a non-touristy part of town, only 2-3min walk to the Metro station Policlinica that connects you well to the city centre. This part of town offers many authentic restaurant and bars frequented by locals. If you want to experience the real life in Rome this accommodation is a great choice.

For breakfast they severed very sugary croissants, sugary fruit yoghurt, plain white bread, Nutella, jam, 1-2 pieces of fruit and some butter. I know that this is very typical for Italy, but you are like a more nutritional or healthier breakfast you might want to eat outside. The coffee was nice, so we would just have a coffee there and eat outside.

Pleasant stay, a little far from the city center but well served by public transport (Policlinico metro station is a 2 minutes walk away, which takes you to the city center in a few minutes). Very friendly and attentive staff, who promptly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. We have arrived late at night after check-in time, but we had no issues. The staff provided all the check-in details in advance, so we can enter by ourselves. Breakfast was nice, but little varied.

The elevator is very old, as well as the interior of the building.

I love the breakfast, the location next the station and the good cleaning of all the place.

Just to consider to send instructions right after the booking, cause I got the instructions when I was in the way and thanks that someone that by concidence open the door, so I could get the message of instructions cause I connected to the free Wifi.

The place is really beautiful and comfortable, the beds are comfortable and the room has a proper size. The host, Cate, makes your stay wonderful, she is super attentive and sweet. The breakfast is super complete. Is really well located, is apart from the main center, but half a block away from the metro and only 2 stations away from the termini and 4 from the colloseum. I would totally stay again here and recommend it.

The pressure of the shower is not the best and the temperature varies, but apart from that, our stay was perfect.

Clean and comfortable room, wifi and AC works well. It's not located in the city centre but it's close (2min) to metro station and just few stops from Coloseum. Hotel is rather easy to find and we could self checkin at any time. Nice terrace but unfortunately we didn't eat breakfast there as it was too cold.

Breakfasts are only sweet - Italian style: croissant, yoghurt, nutella, cookies. The building is rather old so the doors and walls are thin - a little bit noisy at night. Be prepared that metro in Rome is sometimes extremely crowded (especially mornings and after work) and you might not catch the first train.
