The rooms were simple but equipped with everything you need. The shower and bathroom, in particular, made a high-quality impression. Our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming; they also asked us every other day if we needed room service, which we then also gladly accepted. Towels were exchanged and our bed linen was changed. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect: not far from the center, yet away from the hustle and bustle.

Small little place with only five rooms. The location is great for transport links, and the neighbourhood felt very safe and tidy with plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. We had everything we needed for extra comfort including a small fridge for chilled water and A/C. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We liked discovering that the B&B was run by a foundation helping young mothers which felt an extra positive.

We were unlucky one night to have a neighbour who left the radio on. Very quiet the other four nights, but a pair of spare ear plugs may be useful.

The staff was friendly, the location is great, and the prices are reasonable compared to other options. Everything was clean, and the garden was fantastic.

It would be great if a vegetarian option were available for breakfast, as well as a reliable internet connection, since the current connection was frequently dropping.

Everything was simple, but with variety and nearby restaurants galore.The staff there is very friendly and the location is safe, beautiful and surrounded by adorable places to walk and eat. Cab rides to and from the airport average about 50-70 euros. Local cabs to the Rome centre area and vicinity range from 12 to 20 euro depending on where you go and traffic conditions. Also, there is a train station nearby, but I rather use the cab services. There is an app to use while in Italy. It's like an Uber app, but its for cab services. Same system, you put in your card info, choose destination, and don't worry about opening your wallet upon arrival. Install it! Its worth it!! I used it a lot! Most importantly, I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for my lovely week experience! 😘

My Rome experience was amazing!!!! A wash machine and a dryer available at the location would make it even better!!!!!! Besides that, the breakfast could add eggs to its selection. Absolutely adorable!

Wonderful place, location, and staff. Everyone is friendly! The place was quiet which is rare in this area of Rome. The breakfast had a lot of options, something for everyone, buffet style. Coffee and tea, pastries, cereal, fruit, sandwiches. Very nicely put together. A huge thank you to Priscilla who manages the front desk and reservations: she is always helpful and gets all the paperwork together quickly so you don't wait long. The entire place is spotless and very clean. We will definitely come again!

Everything was great.

Excellent staff and customer service. We arrived in the middle of a storm and there was a lot of rain. The staff helped us bring in and carry our luggage upstairs. The rooms are super comfortable and quiet, with window views of the street in a charming neighborhood. The beds and mattresses are good quality, same goes for pillows and blankets. And the breakfast was buffet-style, with a ton of options — from espresso to yogurt and sandwiches and fresh fruit. The young woman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home. Lovely place, we will definitely come here again!

Easy check in - room was ready a little early. Spacious room with kettle, small fridge stocked with water, storage, good sized bathroom. Great shower. Good communication. Located in a neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Generally quiet. Great outdoor space though it was over 100 so I didn't use it. Wifi worked perfectly. Easy to get places with buses or metro (7 min walk)

Bed was softer than I like. One night some people came in and were loud at 12:30 am.

Breakfast is simple, but really nice. The room is super comfortable, and because of the style of construction they keep cool even when it is really hot. Air conditioning and water kettle for tea and coffee is a huge plus. The staff is amazing and super nice! They are so attentive and you really feel like you are in your "Mamma" house. This kinda of care is rare in such a big city, so it was really refreshing for me. I jus stayed two nights but it was really nice.

It is not really central, but for me this was no problem, as I was on business for La Sapienza Rome, the university. If you are going for the University it is perfect. Also, of course, the metro station is around 10min walk from the flat, so you can just easily access the center part of Rome if you are staying longer and on vacation,

Big and comfortable room, perfectly clean, great staff and breakfast, close to the metro and buses, everything is new and very well maintained, lovely garden too

You could hear the noise from the street in front of the building at night so if you are a light sleeper better have earplugs

The room was clean and quiet. The property is located in a nice community, easy access to restaurants,groceries and bakery. about 10 min walk to the Metro. above all it was a pleasant stay.

The communication with the staff is a little confusing sometime. There is nothing in the minibar expect 2 bottles of water from the tap.
