The hotel is adjacent to the Faculty of Engineering of Sapienza University of Rome. There is access to a bus stop and subway station (about an 8-minute walk). The rooms are clean, spacious, featuring a small balcony and a separate walk-in closet. The breakfast is substantial, divided into a healthy options section and a high-sugar/high-calorie treats section, with dedicated staff making coffee. The room numbering is a bit deceptive – room 902 is actually on the first floor, hahaha... This hotel is somewhat distant from Rome's historic center, yet the room rate is relatively high. I mistakenly booked this hotel because I typed the wrong conference venue address in the map. Although I contacted the hotel a month in advance to request a free cancellation, the hotel refused as I had selected a non-refundable rate on Booking.com. And Booking.com did nothing helpful.

The rooms have poor soundproofing, and the elevator is quite cramped, especially when carrying luggage.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast is abundant and varied, offering a wide selection to suit every taste. Although the hotel is located slightly outside the city center, the connection is very convenient – bus 310 takes you to Termini in just five minutes. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Huge spread! Room was good - had lots of good storage for clothing and luggage. Location was out of the main tourist area so we took the metro to get to central Rome, but it was nice to be in an area where people actually live and work - made walking around a nice experience. Good restaurants nearby.

Housekeeping was slow and even though we asked for it, it never came. Had to get fresh towels ourselves from the front desk.

We stayed at Best Western Hotel Globus for one night as a family of four. We had a quadruple room on the fifth floor with a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has stairs and two elevators for accessing the different floors. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. The nearest metro station is Policlinico, which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. This made it easy to get around the city. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle service, but we opted to take the train and metro instead. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace where you can buy refreshments and enjoy views of the city. We were only there for one night, but we could have easily stayed longer as the hotel was so comfortable and convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Best Western Hotel Globus and it met our needs well for a short visit to Rome.

Breakfast ok for Italy. Great coffee like from a cafe. Spacious rooms. Not far to subway. Neighborhood safe

Very loud, by a busy street and even closed windows let much noise through.beds and pillows very hard

Our room was spectacular all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Martina in the evening dinner was absolutely excellent. The views from the balcony are breathtaking, giving a view over the university area the hotel is in and looking out towards the mountain range all around Rome. The food was all extremely well presented and delicious. Me and my fiance both loved our stay and will definitely look to come back.

Cannot fault a single thing, it really exceeded all our expectations.

The room was a little bit old and we could hear people arriving inside the bedroom in the middle of the night. No other complains because in general the hotel was very comfortable and with a good price comparing to other options in Rome

For a three star hotel, it's very good. Friendly employees, clean rooms, great breakfast. It's not too far away from the city centre, the metro station is close to the hotel and it takes about 5 min to get to the colosseum. There are grocery shops close to the hotel, restaurants and bars...

The only things that bothered me was non functional tv (it worked but there were no programmes) and non functional kettle. But ok, not a big deal.

Loved the location (2 underground stops from Roma Termini, but also walkable). Very clean with a fast check in. Slightly pricey, but also was a last minute booking and with Pope passing. There were a few pizza restaurants and cafe nearby and a small grocery store at the end of the block. Rooftop bar was pleasant but basic.

Could hear doors closing, especially early in the morning.

Everything in the hotel was wonderful, the staff, the restaurant, the food. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of options to eat, not the typical American breakfast with eggs and toasts, here you can choose what you really want to eat. The room was quiet, comfortable enough and clean. The staff were attentive to explain us how to move in Rome and go to main touristic places.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the nearest subway station, you have to walk 4 blocks to get it there, so at nights you could feel not safe in those lonely and dark streets around the hotel after getting out the subway station, more taking into account that we traveled with children. Please be more realistic about this topic in the description of the hotel.
